Apple iPhone 11 Pro, 64GB, Gold (Renewed)

This iphone is a value for money. The delivery was prompt, camera quality great, battery life very good. It is scratch free and the sound quality in unbelievably beautiful.

Great product. Not a scratch on it. As good as new and came with free case and charger. Great service and packaged very well. Speedy delivery, arrived a day early. Thank you will use again.

Within 3 month of purchasing this phone, the screen started popping out. Prior to this I’d noticed the touch screen glitching but it came as a shock when the screen just starting falling right out. I contacted the seller who asked me a series of questions, had I dropped the phone etc. they then asked for several images and the IMEI number. This was quite time consuming as I had to wait until I was with someone who could take the photos and send them to me. I use my phone for work and having a bobble wrapped around it to keep it in place hasn’t been ideal! They requested all this information to then tell me that because it was past the 30 day period, they couldn’t do anything and I’d have to go through Amazon and MAYBE I’d get a refund. What a waste of time, why not just say that to begin with?So I’m being asked to send a phone back with no guarantee of a refund? Disgusting customer service. Wouldn’t have been an issue if they’d resolved the problem, these things happen. But the way I’ve been completely dismissed and unsure of an outcome is appalling. I wouldn’t buy from here, not worth the risk. I had my doubts and I wish I’d followed my gut.

This is the first time I’ve ever bothered to write a review for something but I have to say I’m very happy with this product theses no signs of any scratches on the screen or anywhere on the phone you can’t even tell it has ever been used and the battery health came with 100% I would recommend this product based on when I got it even arrived 2 days early

Battery health was at 87% - could’ve been better but a battery replacement only costs 60 pound. There were a few minor scratches and the power button had visible finger prints but the phone is working as intended and it is a good deal for the price. I wouldn’t pay over £550 for the phone though and instead I’d just buy a new iPhone 11 as the differences are minimal.

Good but later it doesn’t tell you price you bought it at or date so difficult for budgeting Difficult or impossible to edit or change review ( mind)
