Good quality, I’ve used a lot of different balms and this is a very good one, the only thing is it’s oil based and if that’s not what your into you could try something different but it’s a good size, lasts a long time and soothes muscles well.

It's icy hot on steriods! You need to have a little sweat going or use after a shower. Just wait about 10-15mins, otherwise you will be on fire. Nothing better for stiff and sore muscles though!

It's a scam
There no comparison between these two products. The tube is a cream . You get a instant cooling and heat. Within 10 minutes the pain is gone. The bottle is a oil. I felt nothing after using it. It's a waste of money.
