DEWALT 19PC HSS Black and Gold Drill Set

Picked up the DEWALT 19-piece Black and Gold HSS drill set for general DIY bits around the house, and I’m well impressed. The bits go through metal and wood like a hot knife through butter – none of that squealing or smoking you get with cheaper sets. The case is actually decent too – everything clips in nicely so they’re not rattling around like a bag of spanners. Only thing is, the gold coating wears off after a few uses, but to be fair, they still drill perfectly fine, so it’s more cosmetic than anything. Not the cheapest set out there, but you get what you pay for. Proper quality bits that don’t round off after two holes – worth every penny if you’re sick of snapping bargain-bin ones.

Good quality as usual

I'm a huge DeWalt fan and i wanted to get this set to try in different materials, my preference usually is DeWalt tools and Bosch bits/accessories but these ones stack up the the Bosch professional range.

Excellent drills from dewalt, good quality and a long lasting product at a competitive price.

A really excellent selection of drill sizes, duplicated in some sizes which I use most for pilot holes, and capable of seeing off stainless steel cladding sheets makes this set a perfect companion to the dealt drill/impact driver set that I take everywhere with me! A must-have close to you on site and the flat shank gives great setting in the chuck enabling drilling accuracy!
