This product is a game changer if you rinse/irrigate your sinuses daily/often. By adding Xylitol, you cut out the burning feeling you can usually get as well as moisturize your sinuses for hours. Rinsing your sinuses out every day can be a fainting thing to think about starting to do, but the benefits are more than worth it. Using these packets to make your sinus rinse, makes the thought of doing your sinus rinse less overwhelming, as it stops the burning, actually helps the taste to a small degree, and just makes the process less stressful.

I was prescribed this by my ENT to help clear my nasal passages. What a relief it has been. The packets are portable and compact and when used as instructed, I can breathe much easier and I can feel the relief in my nose. I use this every morning and my day is clearer.

Will help you a lot with nasal issues. Having xyletol offers a bit of assurance against bacterial growth from any water that doesn't fully drain out of nasal passages. Wish this product would investigate the following:1. Some squeeze bottles have air leakage at the bottlecap2. Would be great to have a "slight" aroma/smell added - current rinse leaves me with a dank smell for the next few minutes.3. Better packet design, making it easier to pour the mix into the bottle. Wider packets make it harder to do so without some of it spilling out to the side of the bottle (which exacerbates the cap closure issue).

I am currently recovering from upper respiratory illness that has produced A LOT of mucus. In the past, I had an ENT recommend saline sinus flushes by NeilMed. During my current sickness, I started running low on the my old saline packets and I saw that there was a new saline flush with Xylitol. Apparently, after researching online, I found out that a Xylitol flush makes it so the viruses/bacteria can't adhere to the sinuses. I decided to give it a try and noticed an immediate, drastic reduction in mucus production as well as color (from dark yellow to clear, white, or slightly yellow). I completely recommend this. The taste is not great, but it works incredibly well and that's all I care about. I did not experience any burning feeling with the flush at all, as some reviewers have mentioned, and I'm typically sensitive to that sort of thing. Just remember Xylitol is very toxic to dogs so keep the packets away from your puppies.
