Economical light fixture
Ease of installation, bright light, inexpensive, basic but effective! A light switch is required though.

No garage door interference - bright light.
Pro: Bright light and no garage door interference (YMMV)Con: No chain for ceiling hanging provided.Slight con: The lights these replaced used two prong plugs but these use three, had to get a different adapter. It's in the ad but I missed it.

Great light upgrade from those flickering fluorescent tubes!
I have a recessed ceiling in my kitchen with diffusers over the recess and the fluorescent ballasts and tubes were constantly flickering or not coming on. I decided to make the switch to LED's and cannot be happier with these. These are the ones with the special RF (radio frequency) circuit that won't interfere with garage door openers or wifi routers. Installation is super easy, mainly because the units are very light (they don't have that heavy ballast like fluorescents) - screw two clips to the ceiling or under a cabinet, slide the reflectors on the units and the unit snaps up into the clips. To link them, there are short connecting cables to daisy chain a number of units together. These LED's are BRIGHT! My kitchen is now a well lit preparation center for cooking. So how well did I like them? Well enough to replace the fluorescents in our utility room, out in my woodshop, and out in my garage. Gone are the ballasts and fluorescent bulbs, now replaced with energy efficient and bright LED's.

Immediate results
So easy to install and lightweight. I think I should/could add a second one if I want to cast more light on the right hand side of the bench. The light is directed downward with the little slats you slide in when assembling, it’s not overly bright (for the plants) or throws little to no heat. I have them on from 6am to 10pm daily. This is just my garage set up for when I’m propagating and working. I’m very satisfied with this as I only wanted 5000 lumen and selection was limited.

Great Product for the Price
If you are not hardwiring (I was not) this is a great product. The hardest part for me was finding the studs in the ceiling of my garage. The shortcomings have all been noted. Because the electrical ports are proprietary, the part for hardwiring to your electrical system is way too short. Not a problem for me. The on/off switch is inconveniently located in the middle of the cord rather than at the plug-in end. Also not a problem for me because I have an electrical outlet on the ceiling. So I purchased a short extension with a remote wireless controller, and plugged the light into that. Problem solved. I purchased two of these, mounted them side-by-side, and the light they throw makes a world of difference in a poorly lit part of my garage. I thought I might purchase two more, but I don’t think I need them.

WHAT A DIFFERENCE LIGHT MAKES!!!!
I bought the 4 ft 65K light. I was worried that it wasn't going to be long enough for my 6 ft table not so, it is enough light to signal mars!!! It is amazing! I installed it in 5 minutes over my craft table, and WOW what a difference! It was easy to slide the deflectors on, easy to plug the cord in and easy to install. I drilled 2 holes for the brackets under my cabinets and snap its in! Turned it on that simple. I am buying another one for my jewelry bench. I LOVE IT.
