Poor clarity had me questioning my vision
I tried for hours to sharpen the resolution after realizing my vision was fine, the info on the screen was faded and vaguely fuzzy. Haven't used it enough to rate anything else because it is too hard to see. Useless for anything I usually do and so light weight I can't imagine it would last long. Sorry I used positive comments to make the final decision should have stuck with an Acer.

Made Me Happy Day One!
Even though I recently received this laptop, I already know how much I’m going to enjoy it. It’s very light (lighter than my HP) and boots up so much faster! I have a Lenovo desktop for work that I love, so when we looked for a new laptop we went for the Lenovo brand. When searching “best laptop for writers” this one was listed several times. Super easy and fast set up and loaded everything I needed without incident. I’m looking forward to getting to work with my new Lenovo!

Great laptop for the price!
This is a great laptop! I needed a laptop for work and after a month of research I decided on this Lenovo Ideapad. Love the camera privacy switch! Love the touch screen. Easy to switch out of Windows 10S mode. Battery life isn’t as good as I would like it but it’s still a great laptop for the price.

Refunded
I ordered this computer because it had everything i needed for my granddaughters graduation from basic boot camp and was heading to AIT. 20 minutes after buying this computer i got a text it wouldn't be delivered on the date it said it would be. It was useless at that late of date. After several messages to seller i was finally refunded. I thank them for the refund and maybe they need to change the delivery dates. Pretty broken hearted i was able to get this computer. Great deal for price.

Platinum Lenovo
Overall this has been a great purchase. The only thing I would change is the texture of the touchscreen. I prefer a smoother glide for my touchscreen devices.

Ok for the price
Has some flaws. Dark glare on the monitor. Battery only last about 2 hours. Internet speed is not that great.
