Decorator tool
I thought the tip would be needle point. It's not quite. It's okay and I'll use it but it won't make the fine paint lines I was hoping for. Still glad I bought it. Got 4 in a case. They're all the same point.

I use these for Mandela dot painting they are exactly as described I expected or anticipated that they would be a little bit finer, but they were great if you are doing Mandala dotting the little tiny dots in between your round circle circles that’s what you would use these for

would not repurchase or recommend. these rust after the first wash. i guess you are only supposed to wipe down the tip? it also constantly leaks out orange rusty fluid after washing.
