Worked great.
Worked great for adhesion of the epoxy to the my old countertop. It's a primer. I do not have a picture of the primer but have a picture of my finished countertop after using the primer, followed by 2 coats of their epoxy

Good quality, high price
Used it before will use it again. It’s a good primer for resin expensive.

Worked Perfectly
I got this product after watching a Stone Coat Countertops video on applying epoxy over an existing countertop. I first applied XIM bonding primer onto a bare new MDF countertop surface. Then I applied the subject product to produce a black base surface. Then I applied Rustoleum stone spray to give it a speckled look, and finished up with two coats of clear countertop epoxy and two coats of polyurethane to prevent yellowing. The combination worked well, with no peeling of any layer.I recommend it.

Does work
Nice product applied on countertop hided almost 85% with 2 coat after sanding. 1 start less for not hiding 15%.

Probably not for out door use
Never used, never opened, thank for the easy return. 5 stars for Amazon. After watching many videos I realized I could not do this outside on a picnic table. Too much dust and insects, flys, etc. Sent it back with no problems.

Love the coverage
Went on very smooth. A can this side almost covered a 12x12 floor.. would recommend 2 cans for 12x12 or larger

Effective epoxy undercoat
Although you can add dyes / pigment to your epoxy, there is always a chance that underlying blemishes will show through. The advantage of this preparation is that it very effectively prevents 'bleed through' of such marks. This was my primary reason for buying the product and it works really well. Adhesion of the epoxy is excellent and creates a good transition between the epoxy and whatever underlying material you are coating. That said, if you have a uniform color, unblemished surface, this may be overkill. Personally though it gives peace of mind on expensive installations.
