Amazon Brand – Rivet Bigelow Modern Oversized Accent Chair with Wood Base, 44.1"W, Light Grey / Blonde

I love this couch! My work was giving Amazon gift cards as an incentive to work weekends and holidays during the end of last year. I took advantage as much as I could. A new couch was the goal and I made it! I had narrowed it down to this couch or two others. This went on sale for about 1/2 price ($465) and I placed the order that day. I love this couch! There is really no assembly, just screw in the legs (which were wrapped and attached to the bottom of the couch). I ordered the Navy/Blonde option. The color is good, it is a nice navy blue. I like the fabric, tightly woven and it appears to have some water resistance.I find the couch itself very comfortable. The cushions are more on the firm side and the seating area is wide which was one of my requirements. I tend to sit cross-legged or at least with one leg under me, and I wanted to be able to sit sideways on the couch and still have my legs crossed. Perfect. Also, and I think this may be a height thing. I'm 5'4" and my last couch had a very tall back with padding. I always felt like my head was being pushed forward. Just not comfortable. No issues with that here. The back is low, about windowsill height. I have a sofa table along the back and it's just short of that. Really happy with the quality and appearance.The delivery was the one issue. Probably my fault, I'm sure I didn't read correctly. I was under the impression they would bring it to the 'entrance'. In my opinion, the entrance was the front door (right where the living room is), but the delivery driver thought it was more the garage (right where the driveway is) lol. And it was just one guy - to deliver a couch? I think this was also why it was the garage. The delivery guy, said he could leave it on the front walkway if that's what I wanted, but it was raining so garage it was. The box the couch was in would have fit through the door, but barely and there was no way one guy could have done it. The couch is very light and easy to move. And in saying that.... the couch, on a wood floor, moves a lot because it is so light. Just bumping into it will move it. I have to order something to help with that. If it was on a rug, maybe not so much.So very happy with my purchase!

We have had this sofa for two years now and heavily used it. However the sofa has been in great condition and didnt wear or tear. It is alao pretty comfortable for laying on it. It is super easy to assemble, move it around house and clean underneath. The fabric is also not favorable for cats and they do not scratch it. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a sofa

I absolutely did not want to buy a couch through Amazon, but I could not find anything I liked aesthetically for a reasonable price in furniture stores in my area and I came across this couch, which was exactly what I wanted! The other reviews and photos really helped so I wanted to add my own. This couch arrived in a week and a half, a really good delay given the current furniture delays across the US. I have had the couch for about a week. It looks EXACTLY like the seller's photos and it really is a light grey color. It's also decently comfy, a bit on the firmer side but the back has decent cushion which I was not expecting. The seat is also deep enough that you could comfortably take a nap and even invite a guest to spend the night on it. Putting it together was so easy. It arrives in a huge box and you only have to unzip a pocket on the bottom of the couch to pull out a box with the legs, screws, and Allen wrench. It took me 20 minutes to screw the legs on and pull the couch out of it's wrapping. I highly recommend buying this couch!

Edited to add:The couch has started creaking when you sit or bump into it on the right side. Still feels pretty sturdy, not sure if it’s just coming from the legs, possibly they were tightened too tight? Also after adding one coat of honey leather conditioner the couch is SO much softer. Definitely recommend doing that right away. It scratches easily, my dogs nails are incredibly short but still find many little scratches here and there. I knew it would probably happen so it’s not too bothersome, still happy with my purchase. I’ll admit though it is frustrating to see the couch on sale for $900 when I just purchased it for $1200 (which was already marked down from $1450, so keep an eye out for price drops I suppose?)I was so nervous purchasing a couch online, the last time (a different couch from Amazon) it didn’t go so well and it was such a hassle for me to haul it upstairs, put it together, realize I didn’t like it, repack, take it down the stairs again and then ship it back. SO happy to say I really love this couch and the delivery was wonderful. After the fiasco last time I made sure to get the deluxe ship/unpack option. The couch was delivered within the delivery schedule, two days after ordering. The kind delivery men brought it upstairs, put the legs on and took the gigantic (seriously super huge!) box away with them once I sat, tested the couch out and told them I was super happy with it and wanted to keep it. I have a hunter green velvet loveseat also from this same Rivet brand as well, and this couch feels super sturdy like that one which I was really hoping for. It is a lower backed couch, it looked kind of shorter than I thought it was when they put it together, but honestly the way the seats are, once you sit down you kind of sink into it in a comfy way, and the back feels higher than it looks. Very comfortable. The leather is real leather, but feels a little dry. I’ll definitely be using some leather conditioner oil on it and I’m sure it will soften it up. Will add an update and pictures after a few months. The leather color looks just as pictured, but changes significantly in the different light throughout the day. I’m very happy with this couch, I like it so much that I’m going to order the matching leather chair.
