Who do I talk to when item arrives broken? The big container has a large crack along the side

Mine arrived broken, too. No replacement or refund. Loss of money.

Does the 5 compartment chill tray comes with a tray without the compartment

The 5 individual containers sit on the top lip of the overall unit. There is space under them for ice. You can remove one or more if you want. You don’t have to have them inside at all.

Is it dishwasher safe?

If your condiment caddies are clear, hard plastic acrylic, I would assume they are not dishwasher safe and only hand wash them. If they are the type of plastic that is slightly opaque and softer, then I might try one on the top shelf of the dishwasher, but it’s my understanding (could be wrong) that it is dishwasher soap that causes most of the clouding, pitting problems with plastics. Maybe best to hand wash, period.

I need always to add ice? It's not electric?
