Crispyyyy
These Emma Basic Seaweed Sushi Nori sheets are an outstanding pantry staple for home sushi chefs and snack enthusiasts alike. Harvested to ensure a "young and crunchy" texture, these premium full sheets offer the perfect structural integrity needed for tight sushi rolls (maki) without being overly brittle or prone to tearing. The natural, deep green hue and toasted aroma are clear indicators of high-quality processing, ensuring an authentic taste that rivals professional sushi bars. Nutritially, this seaweed is a powerhouse, naturally high in protein and fibre while remaining low in calories. This makes it an excellent choice for health-conscious diners looking to add essential minerals and vitamins to their diet. Beyond traditional sushi, these versatile sheets can be easily shredded into soups, crumbled over poke bowls, or simply enjoyed as a crisp, savory snack on their own. With 40 full sheets in a single pack, it is a generous and long-lasting supply that offers exceptional quality and excellent value for the price.

Perfect for at home sushi making!
Lovely nori for making sushi, holds shape and easy to use once you get the hang of it. The taste of the nori is as anticipated and of a good thickness for sushi rolls. Perfectly sized for sushi mats and can be halved for rolling little maki rolls. I also like the amount you get for the price!

Excellent
I love these! I make a lot of nori rolls for myself and my kids, who love them, and buying in bulk allows it to be more cost-effective. I also cut the sheets in half, which I find to be a good size! I have this on my subscribe and save, that's how much I like them and the quality. The arrive fresh and taste as I expect.

Great quality, flavour and very easy to use.
I've used a few different brands of nori laver sheets over the years. I've been fortunate enough to have only had good experiences with all of them. This time around I thought I'd try a lower cost alternative. I selected these due to having a couple of other items from them in the past and being very impressed with the quality for the price. Once again, these do not let down. They are great quality sheets that are very easy to use for rolling sushi rice. They do not split and tear too easily nor are they full or holes, which is often the case with more budget friendly nori. The bag comes vacuum sealed and also has a good sized moisture absorber pack in the bag to keep the nori crispy and fresh. I'm very pleased with my purchase and will definitely buy again.

Good nori but too thin for rolled sushi
It has a good flavour, good for money and very, no, extremely fresh, Sushi nori should be like this but unfortunately only downside is very thing so when you make rolled sushi, easily breaks - so you have to deal with gentle touch and do not stuff too much when making rolled sushi. That's why I put only three stars - too thin. But I'll buy them again, though ^^.
