This bed is fab, we wanted to get a simple looking frame that looked good against our wooden feature wall and shelf. I was a bit uncertain to begin with, and was worried about the quality for the price. However 3 months after our purchase - and I'm still pleasantly surprised! The bed was super quick and easy to put together, and it is a sturdy frame. As others have said, there are no squeaks when you move around. I was worried the mattress would slip off easily, but this hasn't been the case for us either. Occasionally it moves a little, but not by much, and its easy to get back into place.

I’m really happy with this Zinus Lorelai double metal bed frame. It’s very sturdy, well built, and doesn’t creak or wobble at all. Assembly was straightforward and everything lined up perfectly. It looks simple but stylish and gives great support for the mattress with plenty of space underneath for storage. Feels solid and high quality for the price. Definitely a great buy and I’d highly recommend it.

It's lovely and great price. Very easy to put together took me 30 min with 18 months old kid running around. Keep in mind is pretty high but makes it perfect for storage so people who neee extra storage is great I manged to fit 10 x 42l storage boxes underneath which were 25cm high not the standard underbed storage boxes. Perfect if you are a student too. Also make sure your mattress is pretty thick mine is 22cm as the flats matress lays on are not a flat if your mattress is thin will be extremely uncomfortable. All tools are included so dont need to buy anything to assemble it. Parts are not labelled so takes few minutes to figure out which part is which from the manual but its super easy.

Had this around 2 years now. I've only had to tighten it once so the stability is definitely good. It comes with the tools you needs to build which was handy as I didn't have any. Assembly is so easy but definitely quicker with two people. Its a comfy frame for your mattress. The size is true to description. The only downside is the sticky strips that come with it to keep the mattress is place do eventually stop working. Otherwise this is perfect & the price is incredible. I recommend.

A bed worth recommending, easy to use and solid, I recommend it 135/190 double 😉 the instructions are brilliant, everything is described simply and is quick to assemble

The Zinus Lorelai Double Bed Frame (4ft6) is solidly built and easy to assemble. It provides good support for mattresses and has a sleek, modern design that fits well in any bedroom. Comfortable, durable, and a practical choice for a double bed.

The bed was easy to assemble, with only hex-screws and frame sections to use. There is an included ratchet to fit the screws so you need no tools of any kind. The instructions were easy to follow, with numbers on each piece that match the piece they sit next to (so 1 goes next to 1 etc). There are not too many pieces, assembly took perhaps half an hour. The only thing to watch out for is making sure you screw the bottom of the middle supports to the right/left supports. The instructions do tell you to do this but I managed to forget and wondered why it was wobbly until I did so. There is no lip to hold a mattress, instead there are adhesive strips that provide a grippy surface. This seems to work well enough and I haven't had any issues with the mattress sliding off. The bed itself seems quite sturdy, although it is ultimately metal tubing so I don't think I would risk an adult jumping on it or something.

Das Bett machte zunächst einen sehr robusten Eindruck, und aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen hielt ich es für die perfekte Wahl, doch leider wurde ich bitter enttäuscht. Nach nicht einmal zwei Monaten Nutzung haben sich bereits gravierende Mängel gezeigt: • Die beiden Mittelstreben, die das Bett zusammenhalten, biegen sich jedes Mal durch, sobald ich mich hineinlege. Das Bett droht dadurch im Mittelbereich völlig instabil zu werden – ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko! • Zwei Latten des Lattenrosts sind direkt gebrochen – die Stabilität ist absolut unzureichend. • Eine der tragenden Stangen hat nicht einmal Bodenkontakt, wodurch das gesamte Konstrukt noch instabiler wird. Für mich ist dieses Bett leider unbrauchbar – ich kann es nicht weiterverwenden und muss mir nun ein neues kaufen. Sehr enttäuschend und definitiv keine Empfehlung!
