Good but with flaws and uncertain security
Picture quality is great, night and day, also available to view remotely via the app.The app has some nags for you to sign up to their cloud services which can feel a bit intrusive and annoying.The biggest let down is that occasionally (once is more than enough) the camera can not be accessed remotely, which defeats the purpose of the device and will certainly influence my decision when choosing the next camera.Nice features are you can save via FTP but does require a bit of technical knowledge and the desktop app to configure. Installing the desktop app is slightly disorentating as its chinese software that requires many additional add-ons that i would expect are present by default in windows 10, so who knows what is really getting installed and what is going on in the background. Just make sure you done say or do anything in front of your camera that you wouldnt do in the street- You never really know who has access is watching!

Sold with European plug
The camera is great - the third one I've bought. But it came with a non-UK plug. Reaching out to the seller so they can make good in which case I'll change this to 5 stars.UPDATE: Amazon told me to go to the seller. The seller (Foscam) told me to go to Amazon. Not happy.UPDATE2: Advised by Amazon to return and order a new one - they would make sure it had a UK plug. Guess what, new one arrived with a non-UK plug.
