So far so good- have only used it once but very happy with the size and space inside, likes the cloth inserts to save using disposable baking paper. The top layer did take longer to cook, but I guess that’s to be expected! Kids were very happy to finally have properly steamed gyoza and looking forward to using it a lot more. Looks to be good quality, will have to see what it is like after repeated use but happy so far. Very happy with the price as bought a cheaper one to see how we got on with one, am pleasantly surprised with how good this is for the money compared to others.

I was surprised at the size of the steamer as it was larger than I had expected! Nevertheless it's a good, well made item that does the job well. I very much like that there are mats that you can put at the bottom of the baskets so that you can steam small items and also is very handy for cleaning as food does not stick to the basket as with other makes. Very good overall.

Brought this after a visit to a chinese. Fell in love with Dim Sum and this is perfect to cook them in.

I mainly use this to steam homemade bao buns but I am sure it can be used for more! Very pleased (and the bao buns are good!). More sturdy than others I've had in the past.

Much easier to clean than my old one as the slats aren't overlapping and they don't trap gunk.Good size too, each of the 2 trays can fit about 5 hamsters or 3 gerbils.

Steamingly good steamed buns in the top and veg in the bottom works a treat.

very dry when recieved and shrinking, now they have been used are looking a lot better and tightening up

A fine example of the ubiquitous steam baskets the fact that two reusable mats were included too was an unexpected bonus.
