Very sturdy well built kennel
Arrived timely with no damage; box was a little heavy - 2 person lift. Assembled easily; Well built; Good heavy locking casters; Not sure how well the locks will hold but no problems now. You can open the top of the kennel without opening the doors of the kennel allowing you to arrange things in the kennel; One of the dogs caught one of his claws between the edge of the bottom grid and the front of the kennel but was not injured.

Great Quality and Fantastic Customer Service
I have 2 small dogs, 8 and 10 lbs, 1 that has terrible separation anxiety. I ordered this crate to be able to have them next to each other but separated to avoid any issues with the anxious one getting on the calm one's nerves. First problem was I realized I ordered the triple set of crates instead of just one. Not sure how I did that but between all the research and seeing all the same pictures on the site I was a little confused. I messaged the company about it through the Amazon App and got an immediate reply confirming I did order 3 crates. I explained what I wanted and they offered to submit a recall for the other 2 crates and deduct that cost from my refund or deliver the crates and I send them back and pay for the shipping. Well I researched both options and again messaged the seller and got another fast reply about how much it would cost to issue the recall - it was WAY cheaper than I could have gotten trying to ship them back myself, not to mention the hassle of 2 large heavy boxes. I was afraid I would get the wrong one delivered, but they got it right and the one I wanted was delivered without issue. The crate arrived in excellent shape although one bar in the front was bent - a little disappointing but not terrible. It took 2 of us about 20 - 30 minutes to put together - The directions could definitely use some improvement - they are not that easy to understand - you can figure it out, but it just takes a bit longer since the instructions are very minimal. I've had my dogs in the crate during the day for several days now. The anxious one, who has chewed the bars off of 3 previous crates and was able to get another crate's door latch open, has been safely contained! The ONLY problem is that he figured out how to slide the middle divider out. I messaged the company and again got an instant reply - they do not have a way to secure the divider but suggested I try zip ties which I will although the dogs seem to be fine together - I just slide the divider in when they eat for now. My only other challenge is how to be able to get this over to my pet sitters house when I'm out of town - not being collapsible does give it the added strength I need so I guess I will get pretty good at taking it apart, at least some of the way and putting it back together. Several features that are particularly helpful: The bowl stands - you can easily take them out, change the location, etc. the feeding door is also handy without leaving any holes or anything for the dog to chew on or try to weaken / use to try and get out. Overall very happy with the product and super happy with the customer service. The slide out tray beneath the metal cage bottom - makes cleaning up after the dog way easier. Keeps the living area of the crate cleaner and more sanitary. The carabiner clips that are included for the door latches - a very helpful detail that I think many companies would decide to do without. I really like the divider, one of the reasons I chose this crate, but do wish there was some way to secure it in an official way / using the same hardware that you put the rest of the crate together with. All around good value for the money and the customer service exceeded my expectations.

Perfect for my two weenies!
We have a new puppy coming so we wanted to get a dual kennel for our two dogs. Our one wiener dog is small, but we wanted to make sure that we got something that would give plenty of room. This is the perfect dual kennel and looks very nice. It is extremely sturdy. Also coming from a girl who has only built a little coffee shelf in her life this took some time, but it was definitely doable. The only thing I have to say is the plastic mat underneath was cracked, but it really is not a huge deal. Instructions were very easy to follow. I love the autolock feature. This was definitely a good deal for the money. Hoping our new puppy will love her new space!

Nice stacking pens
Very nice pens. Easy to put together and look good. Sturdy and easy to move around. Good latch. Purchased two sets. Very happy with purchase. Comes with wheels so you can stack or have wheels for 2 standalone pens.

So, it's great when they update their instructions and don't throw in old hardware to confuse you.
The first thing I do when I get anything is I make sure all of the parts are there. This unit did not arrive with the same parts as indicated on the instruction sheet. So, I was banging my head trying to figure out how I was going to use four smaller roundhead machine screws that apparently are not even needed. Mind you, I did not attempt to put the thing together because the instructions indicated entirely different hardware than what arrived with the cage. Who is going to spend however long assembling something that can't be finished? Right?! So after about two days of total frustration and unable to find the remaining 4 small screws to equal the 8 total on the instructions, I decided to try and put the cage together anyway. Well, imagine my shock to realize that the four screws were not needed at all, nor the missing 4, but that the nuts included, were not even on the instructions and good thing they came anyway, as they ARE NEEDED. So overall, it went together, relatively smoothly, and most of the hardware was already on the unit and partially installed (another confusing concept for those of us that like things in black and white without straying from the instructions, and that information was not provided on the instructions. It was easy to assume that was above and beyond the rest of the hardware that came in the bag boxed up with the 4 rolling wheels. They need to update their instructions to match the hardware that they include. That would really help a lot! Other than that, it's a great unit, very efficient, and nice looking. I would buy it again now knowing what missing 'links' or hardware to look for!

Strong metal but screws don't fit well
Heavy duty, bars well made but screws didn't line up well for assembly, didn't fit in holes all the way. Hope it holds up against my "monster".***UPDATE, My mistake, screws that I thought didn't fit were actually an add-on if you stacked another crate on top. My dog LOVES his new "house" . Plenty of room, the attached bowls are holding up well & easy to remove to fill or clean. Sliding trays underneath make cleaning super easy. Great product, would recommend. Holding up well & my dog is a big beast. Just be sure to use the provided carabiners on the latches to prevent escape!

Got this cage for my Champange d'Argent rabbit. It is a good heavy duty cage and the wire flooring is the perfect spacing for my bun and allows poop to fall through. I used flashing around the sides at the bottom for a homemade urine guard and added a homemade hay basket to the outside. I will be getting some more resting mats to put down over the wire so that my bun doesn't have to be on it at all times. Other than the few customizations though, it is a fantastic cage, really sturdy and love that wheels are optional and that stacking the cages is a possibility. I found the tray at the bottom to be deep enough and not too flimsy. Added some wood pellets to the tray to soak up the urine. There is enough clearance between the wire bottom and tray for my purposes of keeping the bun out of his mess and having the pellets in the tray to soak the urine up. The cage opening from the top and having the front door is a handy feature as well and I find the sizing of the front door to be good. One disappointment was when building it and fiddling with the floor grates, a piece of the lock on the front door randomly chipped off when I rubbed my arm against it from fiddling around inside the cage with my hands. It shouldn't have come away so easily like that and seems like a weak spot. The lock still works right now but it is compromised in that area for sure so I will be keeping an eye on it as I suspect it will eventually affect the ability to lock. Overall happy with the product. Great rabbit cage - better than cages actually marketed and sold as rabbit cages.

It's a great item but unfortunately I have to return as I don't have any more space for this having a big playpen, 1 small dog house and large dog house plus 2 wooden crate

The crate is great and strong but The internal hight was not enough for my goldel doodle. Dog could not sit properly. Had to return. Canada post refused to take it as its 67lbs. Amazon refunded it fully. Check internal hight as the 26inces is external hight.
