DO NOT OVERLOOK THIS MIRACLE SET
I'm going to start out by stating I purchased this set outright, I was not "gifted" the item for my feedback. I'm not a Vine customer, nor did I ever think I'd even have to purchase something like this. I'm a 5 foot nothing regular gal who has an Amazon obsession (ahem), I mean, I'm a long term, heavy use customer (yep, we'll go with that one). This is, by far, above and beyond, the BEST purchase I've ever made. This set is my saving grace. My light at the end of the tunnel. And yes, I WILL scream it from the hilltops! I was involved in a recent accident that resulted in numerous broken ribs, a bilateral broken pelvis and several smaller fractures along both sides of me. It has, no word of a lie, been the worst thing I've ever gone through. Trying to get comfortable in any bed, chair, surface or position possible? HA! That's a GOOD one! For six painful, restless, no-sleep & tearful nights and days I've suffered. There was nothing I could do for relief. Oversized body pillows? PFFT. Regular pillows, no matter how many, how stacked, how fluffy? NO relief. And I'm embarrassed to admit, they all eventually wound up thrown on the floor in frustration. I tried the sleeping in a recliner trick. That went SOOOO well (enter sarcasm here), every time I started to drift off to la-la land, my big-as* noggin would sink forward, top of my body roll forward and......YEP! You guessed it! INSTANT pain!!! I'm awake again! ENTER MY DELIVERY FROM AMAZON. The box? Looked...well... SMALL. And at that point I got nervous. All I could think was "Just how in the HECK are these little rolled up things going to help me?" I thought I was pranked. I looked for a camera. I was SURE when I opened the packages I'd find a miniture doll set like I always hear about when people order from that other hoax "site". I cried out "GREAT! It's made for a barbie doll!" But I pushed forward and started carefully opening the vacuumed sealed bags. To my surprise, the cushions almost immediately inflated as they were rolling out of the bags. I let them sit out for about 6 hour and when I came back to them? They were all inflated, fluffy and solid. I was completely impressed! My hope was restored! My husband helped me arrange them on the bed so I could find the right configuration to get some relief. Night one: it got a little getting used to with figuring out the right placement and we had to shift a few around. Once I had a comfortable set up, I almost broke down into tears. After three hours, I felt a significant reduction in the stress on my injured areas, and I actually slept for four hours uninterrupted! I was so comfortable, I woke up in the exact same position I fell asleep in (which never happens). That was the most sleep I had in a week! Night two, three and four: Again, once in position and comfortable, I was able to doze off without a hitch. Each night the length of time I slept increased. By night 4, I was slept six and a half hours - without waking or having to adjust in pain! I woke up feeling rested, getting up out of bed was less painful, and the muscle tension in my injured areas had significantly lessened. I'm a shorty (5 ft), so I was nervous about the height and length of the pieces. But they proved to be perfect due to the various configurations you can use. The material so far has been cool/breathable enough to where I'm not feeling overheated. I haven't utilized the included hot/cool pack yet but plan to try that bad boy tomorrow (it's LARGE!!!) against the back pillow for some additional relief. I don't have any feedback on the washability of the product yet, but will update once I need to throw them through the washer! The only "CON" is strictly my comfort preference: Although the set up itself is comfortable configuration wise, the memory foam itself (I received medium/firm) is a bit harder than expected, I'm sure it will soften a bit over time. I do think if I went with a softer version at first, it would not be as effective support wise on the injured areas. I added a soft blanket over the top for some added softness. I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone recovering from surgery or injury. Heck, I have a feeling this is going to be used regularly, regardless of health! 5 Stars for sure!

Excellent back pain relief!
Saved my back! I cannot say enough good things about this pillow set. The firmness and shape is perfect and allowed me to finally rest comfortably and took pressure off and elevate my nerve pain. I love the fact that it is portable - unlike an adjustable bed. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Comfortable, versatile, supportive
I bought this about a month ago for recovery from an impending surgery where I would have to be upright for over two weeks and it's been priceless! Was worth the extra money - there are a lot of other similar pillow sets, but I noticed that with the less expensive sets, people were more likely to report that they moved around or that they didn't reinflate properly. I'm 5'2" and weigh 115 lbs, so it was plenty sturdy for me; it is fairly large which I am ok with. There may have been a slight odor from the fill when I first opened the packages (similar to foam beds), but it dissipated very quickly. I purchased it ahead of time in case I had a problem with it. I think it's a good balance of firmness - not too firm but firm enough to be supportive. What's nice is that it is versatile. I did not need the velcro straps because the pillows stayed put without them. I have a sleep number bed and the head and feet raise, but I actually found this to be just as comfortable and more adjustable. It comes with a large gel ice pack and the vacuum bags but I haven't used either yet.

Reasonably priced, good initial quality and set up, very comfortable adjustability.
We needed to replace a set of 14-year-old "Berkie back wedges" from Brookstone, that we use regularly to read/watch TV in our truck camper. We settled on these based on reviews, and so far haven't been disappointed. The Berkies were really well made, with a firmness similar to the Lumix set. The Lumix set is 4 pieces, vs the "single piece" construction of the wedge-shaped Berkies, which means more things to move and stow, BUT, there's more adjustability with this set, and more comfort as well. (We recently watched a two-hour movie, and didn't have to shift around once due to pressure points.) We had no issues with the set-up of these cushions, which expanded to their normal shape in minutes vs hours. Packaging was more than adequate. We think these cushions are worth the money, and hope they last as long as the Berkie backrests did. The only caveat, is that the fabric on the Lunix set is somewhat less durable than our old wedges. If you have a pet, you may be ordering replacement covers from time to time. (Our cat gets enjoyment from biting the edges of the Lunix cushions).

Not sure which one to buy? This is it! High Quality and well worth it! Great for surgery recovery!
I did a lot of research before making this purchase and it definately paid off! I am and always have been an exclusive side sleeper, so when I was told that I would have to sleep on my back or in a recliner for weeks following surgery, it sounded like absolute torture and I was sure that I would not sleep at all for weeks. This product allowed for me to be as comfortable as was possible sleeping on my back and slightly upright. All the complaints that I found in the reviews of similar but less expensive products were not an issue with this product. I did not want to spend over $100 but I can say that the extra $50 I spent over what I would have liked to was so worth it! It is with out a doubt made with high quality memory foam. A lot of the other products claim to be memory foam but according to the reviews from customers are not memory foam. It does not slip! Which was the biggest complaint that I read on reviews of other products. It is so slip resistant that I don't even have to bother using the velcro strips meant to hold the head rest section in your desired position. The slip resistant design is enough to keep it from going anywhere. The many ways that these pillows can be arranged surely would allow for anyone regardless of size to find multiple ways to provide comfort. The cushions are also a nice width so no worries about your arms hanging of the sides in an awkward or uncomfortable way. Perfect for surgery recovery! Also loved that they came with vacuum storage bags because they are a bit bulky to store when not using but the included vacuum bags solve that issue. If you are considering buying one of these wedge pillow sets, this is THE one! Great quality! I just LOVE it!

Customer Service Made All the Difference
Updated Review: After initially being disappointed with the wedge pillow—mainly because I felt it didn’t match the “memory foam” description—I reached out to the seller. I truly appreciate how quickly and thoughtfully they responded. They explained that the pillow is designed with a memory foam layer on top for comfort, while the base is made of high-density foam to provide the necessary support, especially for recovery. That detail wasn’t clear to me at first, but it makes sense now and would definitely be helpful to highlight more clearly in the product description. Customer service was excellent—very responsive and generous. Although they offered a full refund without needing the item back, I had already returned it. Still, I was impressed by how professionally everything was handled. I wanted to update my review to reflect the positive follow-up and clarify that the product may be a good fit for those looking for firmer support with a memory foam surface.

Excellent support and it stays where you place it ( no sliding )
My primary reason for buying the Lunix pillow system was to find a comfortable and stable support system that would allow me to sleep in an upright position. Before using this system I used several regular sleep pillows stacked together to sleep upright. The pillows worked ok , but they would slip out of position throughout the night ; so , I was constantly re-adjusting them during the night and probably not getting my best sleep. Now with the Linux pillow system I have a firm, stable, and comfortable pillow system that stays in place all night long and doesn’t loose its shape. The base and back pillow gives you several position options so you will definitely find your comfort set up. The knee pillow is more short term use probably not the best for sleeping as your legs will develop some soreness attempting to use overnight , but works great for two or three hours. The head pillow I find to be excess and is better used for arm support or feet support with the knee pillow. Overall , I find the Lunix pillow system to be a great pillow system and for anyone wanting to rest or sleep in an upright position this system will not disappoint. This is a quality product and well worth the price. TDUBB
