Wow!! These are the best vitamins I've ever taken. Just recently tried the switch to methylated because it seems my body is not processing regular vitamins as expected. Four days after starting these I am nearly pain free and not falling asleep all the time. I have energy, feel light, and am more tolerant. Great B complex, raised my vitamin B levels within two months. Doesn't leave taste in your mouth when you swallow it, and it's a small pill so easy to swallow.

I have only just started using this methyl multinutrient which is a very comprehensive multivitamin supplement. The store has been trusted for decades, but will see what my body thinks of this supplement full of so many vitamins. I had to stop taking vitamin D, C and biotin now that I am using this because it has an incredibly long list of vitamins, so you may want to check that what you are taking it isn’t already incorporated into this. It isn’t suitable for pregnant women or if planning pregnancy, as well if taking anti coagulant medications as there is vitamin K in it. The tablets are easy to swallow and if taken daily, 1 at breakfast and 1 at lunchtime, they will last about 2 months. I had to knock 1 star off because as you open the jar it has a very unpleasant smell which I slightly feel in my mouth as well for a bit. It doesn’t last long, so hopefully the benefits will outweigh this minor flow.

I really like these but you have to have food before you take them or else you don't feel great. Also I'd start off taking 1 with breakfast and 1 with lunch until you get used to the potency. That said, they truly are remarkable!!
