This will work well but isn't fast to install
My husband has replaced dozens of phone and laptop screens, but this took him the longest to do. Based on that I wouldn't think it's for complete beginners unless you're meticulous or don't mind a project. That being said, once done it looks good as new and functions flawlessly.
