BLISSBURY Ear Pillow with Hole | Ear Piercing Pillow | Adjustable Memory Foam with for chondrodermatitis CNH | Piercing Pillow for Side Sleepers

If you have Winkler's disease (CNH) and are here searching for a pillow, this pillow was the solution for me! I have a collection of pillows (sadly) of different firmness, size, and even one I purchased previously with a hole in the middle here on Amazon. Didn't like the one I previously purchased with big hole because i had to keep adjusting the stuffing around it to get it to the right height/density and the hole was so large that my head was falling through. So I gave this new pillow a shot based on the reviews and design and glad that I did! I am a side sleeper who tosses and turns throughout the night and within 3 weeks of using this pillow my pain and embarrassingly large bump on my ear is gone! At first, I found the pillow a bit uncomfortable but that was because the shipped size of it was too high. You can open the pillow case and remove a layer of foam and once I did I slept great! The design is great because having two holes can accommodate either or both ears, and the foam is a good enough density where it's not too firm or too soft for me. Also, as opposed to the one-hole pillow I previously bought where I had to extend my neck at night to get my head/ear to fit, the holes on this pillow are positioned more towards the edge (not center of the pillow) so that I don't have to adjust/extend my head/neck as I sleep to find the hole. Interestingly, the pillowcase that comes with the pillow is not your typical smooth pillow case sheet. I was initially not happy because I tend to be a hot sleeper and prefer cool/smooth sheets. However, I have not had any issues with this pillowcase causing me to be too hot or sweat at night -- it's much more comfortable than I anticipated. So for me, aside from removing the layer of foam, the pillow has been perfect and has improved the bump and pain associated with CNH on my ear and improved my sleep at night! As other reviews have indicated, the pillow may be modified by cutting out some of the foam or using an oversized pillow case to fit in the holes (or if having matching color pillowcases is your thing) if that's your preference, but for me that was unnecessary. If you are a CNH/Winkler's disease sufferer, this pillow may be worth the investment. It was for me!

Game changer. I am someone who has struggled with severe tinnitus in the past. As part of my therapy, I do sound therapy while sleeping using a headband with built in speakers. This works great, but getting comfortable on the pillow without affecting the sound quality has always been a challenge. The blissbury ear hole pillow solved this problem. The hole in the pillow allows the speakers to not be 'squished' in the pillow, which can mess up the sound coming from the speakers. This can also cause night time awakenings. The first night I slept on the Blissbury I woke up and in the morning and immediately noticed my excessive amount of nighttime awakenings was no longer an issue! Also, the pillow is great and of high quality. I am a natural side sleeper who likes firmness from my pillow. I would rate the cushion as being on the firm side, but not too hard. The support level is absolutley perfect. No neck pain. The casing is extremely comfortable and cool. It is easy to remove and clean, which I have done thus far. I am someone who had severe insomnia from tinnitus at one time in my life. I am now getting around 7 hours of sleep per night and my Blissbury pillow is a significant part of the things I have done to fix this problem. If you are a tinnitus sufferer I strongly recommend this pillow. Whether you are using ear level or room level sound, I highly recommend it. I am a customer for life!

OMG!! This pillow could not be more perfect. Instant relief from ear cartilage pain. The spacing of the holes seems to be custom made for my head. Roll over, not one adjustment needed. The cervical support is equally spot on. I could not recommend this pillow more. Worth every penny.

UPDATE: while this pillow didn’t work for me personally, the company was very good and willing to help the situation. Thanks so much! So I loved the idea of this pillow! 2 months ago I got a snug piercing in my ear and for a month I didn’t sleep on my left side. But then I started sleeping on my left and tried things like the little inflatable rings to sleep on, neck rolls and lastly a super soft pillow. The soft pillow worked the best for me but then I saw in an article someone talked about a pillow with cut outs for your ears so here I came to Amazon! This pillow had loads of good reviews, but really was a bit expensive. I thought I’d give it a try because it it worked for me, then I’d get more comfortable sleep. Pros: Here’s what I did like. The ear holes and the adjustable height option of the pillow. The cover is also a soft material. Cons: Here’s what didn’t work for me. The ear holes are lower on one end than the other, but even on the shortest end, my ear was much lower than the hole so I would eventually end up with the end of the hole pushing on my snug and that pain would wake me up. I did wake up even to adjust the height because it was too tall, bending my neck uncomfortably, but the adjustment was minimal and so it still left my neck creaked. The worst part, and this hasn’t happened to me yet with anything, is my ear at my snug piercing was completely swollen this morning. I believe this was from the constant trouble of keeping my ear in the hole because there was too much pillow from my neck to the ear hole. So a swing and a miss for me.

Wish I knew about this pillow years ago,I am a side sleeper,but the wooshing and heartbeat noise in my ears always woke me up,I thought give this ago,what have I got to lose,less sleep but am used to it,tried this the first night,worked a treat,was very surprised,took awhile to get used to sleeping on memory foam,but has been lush not hearing those noise's any more..

Esta es la almohada más cómoda que he usado jamás. Desde el año pasado empecé a hacerme perforaciones en la oreja derecha y llevaba meses o durmiendo de un sólo lado o usando un cojín de cuello para viaje cuando quería dormir de ese lado. Era bastante incómodo sinceramente. Los cojines de viaje son muy planos y no dan soporte en el cuello, pero si lo pongo sobre mi almohada normal queda demasiado alto. Bueno, hace unas dos semanas me perforé la otra oreja y pensé que iba a dormir mal por lo menos un par de meses pero aguanté así que decidí buscar una almohada con agujeros para las orejas. Me decidí por esta porque tiene dos huecos y definitivamente fue la mejor decisión. El soporte de esta almohada es perfecto, es increíblemente cómoda y ya no sufro del cuello ni de las orejas ni de nada. Me encanta! Mis piercings están sanando perfecto y duermo increíble. De hecho, duermo mejor que antes de mis perforaciones. Duermo mejor que lo que dormía con mi antigua almohada, no es demasiado suave ni demasiado rígida. Ahora me entusiasma irme a dormir en las noches.

Das Kissen ist gut verarbeitet. Man muss sich nur erst einmal daran gewöhnen.

両耳にヘリックスが開いているので通常の枕では痛くて寝れないので思い切って購入！ 若干、首から耳の位置が遠い。私の首が短いのか耳穴がもっと大きければ最高なのですが…。 値段が高いのでこの出来栄えでは違う商品を探した方がいいと思います。
