The unit was easy to install and fill using a funnel. Looks very nice - only concern is that the bottle that holds the soap is very thin plastic - Will it Last? We shall see.

My Kohler soap dispenser recently failed and could not be repaired. A replacement from the manufacturer costs $79! After looking at replacements on Amazon, I decided this one might be my best option because it matches my faucet, had good reviews, and the price was right. With the help of a friend, I easily removed the old soap dispenser and installed this one. It took about 5 minutes mainly because I had to lie on my back and reach above my head through various pipes to access the fixture (I'm a 72 year old woman and not as flexible as I used to be!). I needed someone to hold on to the pump above the countertop for traction. Fortunately the old one was hand tightened and came right out. The new dispenser works beautifully, has a lower profile which I prefer, and is much better quality than the old one. It's a winner for me.

Wow. All metal construction and smooth perfect pump action with a proper metal ball to ensure it remains primed. Bottle is higher quality than others as well. Bargain. Be aware the spout is pretty short so measure your hole to sink spacing to ensure soap pumps into the sink rather than onto the counter. Buy it.

I was hesitant to purchase this when redoing my kitchen just because it’s not a known brand. However, I have 0 regrets! It works great, matches my faucet, and we’ve had no issues.

it looks good, it solid but appears that the brass construction turns hand lotion green. if you don't mind that, you're good. Just not what i want and now need to find a new one

Apparently received a returned product, as there was a bit of soap residue in the bottle, but it was clear the person before me hadn’t managed to make it work — the pump was spotless and had a tiny issue: the straw wasn’t exactly large enough to form a good seal. I added a turn or two of tape at the head of the straw and voilà! Works flawlessly. Overall quality is great and seems to be holding well. Aside from the straw fitting, a spring washer to help prevent the plastic nut from loosening over time would be a cheap and effective addition, but quite happy with it as it is so far.

We had been replacing our $60 Delta soap dispenser every year because that's how long they last. I am glad that i decided to give this a try. This dispenser pumps much better and the quality is much better than the Delta. The much more expensive Delta is painted plastic, this is made in metal. The pump mechanism also feels much better quality.

va très bien avec une excellente capacité, mais j'aurait du prendre un modele avec option de tuyaux pour les gros bidon de savon
