Olive Oil Vinegar Glass Bottle 250 ml with Pouring Spout for Kitchen and BBQ

I am delighted with this olive oil bottle. The ground glass stopper sits firmly in place during use. The lip catches drips and the whole thing can be washed which is the feature that attracted me to it in the first place. The glass is certainly robust enough not to break easily (unless it is dropped on the floor) and when filled with oil is a comfortable weight. The amount of oil it dispenses is controllable and it looks nice too. Definitely the best olive oil bottle I have ever had.

This is a real 'kitchen to table' piece.The oil dispenser looks elegant and pours very well (not too fast, not too slow) without drips. No more constant cleaning of the larder shelf under the oil dispenser, no more cleaning up where you've stood the dispenser on the worktop while preparing food.There is no cap to the top of the spout, it's true, but I don't think that's likely to be particularly detrimental if you use oil regularly because this dispenser holds just 500 mls and so one fill of oil won't be lingering in the larder for a very long period.On the table this dispenser can take its place elegantly, so no need to keep a separate item and no need for decanting.As our local store now has a really excellent olive oil in five-litre cans, this is just what I needed and I haven't been disappointed. I'm now thinking of getting a few more of these for other oils as well.Definitely recommended.

I hate cooking oil running down the bottle onto my kitchen surfaces. This doesn't happen at all with this dispenserand also gives you perfect control on how much is dispensed whilst your cooking. I will be ordering another oneto use for vinegar. Hate to be without it now !Karen. (Lancashire)

I love the concept of the ground glass stopper and drip catcher for oils etc in the kitchen. These are ideal for drizzling oil, balsamic or whatever. They fill easily and really do work - mostly. I have bought four sets of these bottles and luckily thought to test them with water before filling with anything else: of eight bottles in total, seven were flawless in their performance but the stopper in the eighth did not fit so it leaked quite badly. I wondered if it was the stopper or the bottle so swapped around a bit to see and it turns out it is the bottle as none of the stoppers fitted properly. Reluctantly, I had to return one pair because of one faulty bottle. The moral of the story is test your bottles before you use them. Returns were easy and I will order replacements.

I bought a pair of 500ml bottles and really like them, so much so I've just bought another pair. I bought the first two to replace our Sunflower oil, and Olive oil bottles and they have been working so well I have bought two more to put the flavoured oil we like to make.I've tried other glass bottles with metal spouts and a rubber seal, and found that within a few months the 'rubber' seal had gone hard like plastic and was unusable. I guess that's why they sell replacement spouts/seals.These are not as big as some, which is why I've bought the same size for the flavoured oils. They are also quite light feeling, however they feel plenty strong enough and are standing up well to our general kitchen use. The glass spout/stoppers fit well, and the ground glass grips the bottle well. I happily pour without fear of the stopper falling out (though hubby always puts a finger on the spout just in case). I love the non-drip nature of them, all drips are caught so effectively I never even notice them. The flow of oil from them is quite slow compared to other bottles, but I find that gives me finer control on how much I use, it's easier to cook with quite a small amount as I can easily poor just a little.

Reading others review I expected this to at least work, for my surprise is actually quite good. I am happy with it, really happy! I thought it would have a mean drop, super tiny but no it pours super decent with no waste so you can control it quite well. The glass does seems to be thin so I guess only time will tell. It looks ok, thought would look better. It has a good finish and is well built. Would def recommend and get smaller ones to spicy some olive oil.

These bottles are delicate. My first delivery arrived with one broken bottle. However, it was replaced very quickly and efficiently.The design of the bottle and spout allows the oil to pour easily, giving good control over the amount used. Any drips run down inside the wide neck and back into the bottle, leaving the outside of the bottle clean and oil free - so no more oily rings on the worktop. They look good on display too. Delighted with my purchase.

I liked the product very much but unfortunately I have to return the larger of the two bottles as it was broken into about 15 pieces. The smaller bottle was completely in tact and already in use. Re-ordered the larger bottle which arrived today and it is also in use. The items are very nice but extremely delicate glass and I feel the broken one did not have much packing inside the box, whereas the new one received was packed much better.
