Great little tool. Has helped in cleaning walls and baseboards around the house. Should have taken a star away for the advertisement of "5 minutes" - get real you are cleaning walls that may have needed a new coat of paint for years. Did have a problem with adjustment of the cleaning head a few times, does not get in every nook & cranny, but overall was a huge help in wall cleaning. Liked it so much bought extra cleaning pads & clothes.

It’s easy to wash and set up. It’s a learning process to make sure I’m using it correctly. Especially when i do the base boards I feel like I’m working hard to remove wall stains.

It does what you expect, it didn’t surprise me. There’s a lot of love and hate with this mop, but I don’t regret buying it simply because I don’t think there’s anything else significantly better in terms of a mop for the walls and ceilings. The love: the duster is great at removing dust off the door, baseboard, and walls - especially for my high vault ceiling which is the highlight of this mop. For the wet mop, it works well if you have a large area you just want to generally wipe for cleanliness. Works great if you have smooth surfaces/wall (non-textured). The hate: the screwing on the mop head and the extension handles keeps coming undone when I’m trying to scrub hard with it. The wet mop itself doesn’t slide smoothly on my textured walls when I’m cleaning the edges/corners - it flips and flops, so you gotta work extra hard to clean than expected. Because I have textured walls, the wet mop doesn’t remove harsh stained areas that well - I had to get Mr clean magic eraser to do the job, then use the wet mop to remove the residues. Although, on smooth non-textured surfaces it works like a charm.

Great quality and easy to clean the pieces. It’s tall enough for me to get the top of the wall. I only have 7’ ceilings.

Makes dry and wet dusting easy and fun. Easy to wash in the washer, the size is perfect. The swivel head can be annoying. Eash to reach my ceilings, walls, door tops.

Presently doing my spring cleaning ( big home) re: washing all ceilings and walls. This mop is long, stays in position (others mops keep rolling) . Walls get done in no time..

Excellent quality, easy to assemble and has a long reach. I washed the outside of my house as well as the inside. I loved you could take the mop head off and just put in the washing machine.

Love the ease of washing ceilings and walls. Never saw wife take to a tool so easy and enjoy so much such as this one.

I like the tool, the head does move around but I can negotiate that OK with how I use the tool, direction of force etc. It makes the task of cleaning the ceiling and walls a breeze. I have bought 2, the second bought few weeks later to use in other premises. The first purchase has a shiny metal looking handle which does slip a bit, again I can negotiate that as considering it is time to replenish the cleaning agent. The second purchase of same item, bought only a few weeks later has an appalling handle. As soon as I extended it for the first time, the handle came apart completely, and I was holding part of the extension handle in each hand, and am unable to put it together again so it works. This ones colour is yellow (colour does not matter, its just interesting that the yellow one was a real dud). I live in Australia and the bother of returning the whole purchase to USA for the handle is just too much of a hassle. The head fits other handles I have so it is not a drama, but really for the price the handle should not separate at first twist. I use extension handles all the time and this is the first time this has happened.

It's ok but NOT worth the hype. It is difficult to wring the mop of excess water, the yellow fabric head comes off while using. Wish I hadn't bought. Get a vileda mop instead
