Compatible with Nintendo Ds Lite Clear Crystal Hard Case NDS Case

Fits my DS Lite perfectly! It is snug. The top and bottom do not hinge, thus no hinges to break (which is what happened to my previous case). All ports and buttons completely accessible. I like that it's clear and lets the color of my player show through. One person already mentioned that the lid does not close tightly with the case on. I found this to be true, but I keep the whole unit in a zipper bag with my games, so it doesn't make any difference in my case. Good price, and will take the shock should I ever drop my game. That's what I got it for, and I'm very pleased with it.

Ordered on the 15th, arrived on the 18th when expected 22 - 25 ✨ I was paranoid of breaking it when taking its protective covering off. Its lke some thick saran wrap that clings to it pretty well. The case is v nice & does its job. A lil tricky to put on but can be done as well as taken off, bottom first. To take it off I just had to push the exposed parts of the bottom of the ds. It has a lil indentation for the rised design of the ds on the cover. The case also has a unique little dip to let it close instead of just a parallel edge, which I found was pretty cool. These subtle details are 👌🏾 It looks v durable and will take on any scratches. The only thing most susceptible to breaking is probs the hinges. EDIT: When taking it off, make sure that you pay attention to the L and R buttons. I've had my button pop off when removing the case. Case needs to be removed when playing Guitar Hero.

Case would not close properly, seller would not refund monies, claimed they did not receive the package back. I am disputing charge and will not buy from this seller again!

If I was able to use this product I'm sure it would have been great, but I was the wrong size for his DS. Word to the wise, please confirm they type of unit you have before buying. The delivery was super-fast so that was a plus.

I ordered this product once before at Christmas and had no problem. It was shipped in an oversized box and arrived in perfect condition. My son dropped his DS and it was a good thing he had the protective cover on it. It broke the protective cover, so I decided to order another. Well, this time, it arrived cracked through the USPS so I contacted them and asked them to ship another---same thing--arrived cracked. I called them and told them to put it in a box. They put it in a box that snugly fit the cover and same thing--cracked. I did eventually get a credit, but would've loved to have been able to receive the case in working order. If I were to order the product again, I would insist on the oversized box as packaging. I would love to spend more on the aluminum play through cover, but so far it is only made for DSI. I will wait!

Looks good at the moment. I've already scratched it by fruitlessly wiping finger print smudges off of it with a tissue. So I don't believe the finish will last. Mine at least does not fit perfectly on the bottom half of the NDS. The tiny clips that grip the console just don't make it over the edge by half a millimeter. For the price it will do.

I bought a Nintendo DS character case and stylus for my 5-1/2 yr old son and also bought this clear Nintendo DS cover for it. The clear cover fits the DS unit very nicely, it is easy to attach (2 separate pieces) and still fits in the character cloth case we purchased. It can remain on while charging too, as there is a slot where the outlet plug would go. The DS unit has been dropped while this hard clear case was on it, and the cover protected the corners of the DS. The cover did slightly pop off an edge, but it still protected the unit and one "click" and it was back on. Since the cover snaps on to the top and bottom separately, it still allows the unit to be opened for use. I don't see a problem with this case being durable or lasting. Seems pretty good, so far, for the money.

Perfect for kids to protect against damage. Seems to be working just fine and does not interfer with button usage. Appropriate for any age.
