I am a big FAN of this blower.
1. Yes it works. 2. You'll be able to leave the stupid tiny flat dremel "wrench" in the case from now on. 3. It doesn't replace duct tape. This was a game changer for my Dremel use. Now you can use your fingers to tighten and loosen the chuck grip on the shaft items. Also it of course blows shavings, dust, etc away from your work area. The only issue I have ever had with that part is between the vibration of the cutter and the blowing that it made my chalk line disappear one time. It is a wear part, as the fan is made out of thermoplastic. also with this you will need to watch your angles a little bit more when using short shaft grinding/polishing stones and or in tight areas. Woodworking, recommended.
Used this on a harbor freight knockoff of a dremel tool. The added width can be an issue on some crafts but for woodworking, this has been great to keep clumps of dust out of the way.

This is a really useful attachment for keeping the work area clear of dust and debris, ensuring a clear view of your progress. It easily screws onto the tool replacing the chuck. We'll worth the low price.
