Excellent performance, compatibility, and price
These are very handy for training my new call center agents. The sound quality is excellent and set up is a breeze. They are perfectly compatible with all of the headsets we use. Performance is great and the price is outstanding compared to other splitters I have used. The mute button works quickly and comfortably.

Great training headset
I have two of these in a call center to use while training new hires. They are excellent and work exactly as shown. The buttons can be confusing (the muted line is ‘up’) and slightly counterintuitive, but the customers have no issues hearing whoever is speaking, and have never had any issues with the trainee talking/being heard while the trainer is on a call. I have used one of them for over a year and it still functions perfectly, would buy again in the event that I need more.

Work's Perfectly
I am using this device to switch between the regular telephone hand set and a headset with a boom-microphone. Actually "switching" isn't quite the correct word. Both devices are always active at the same time for listening -- the bottons on the top just let you mute the microphone on the device you don't wish to use. As far as I can tell, if neither mute button is used, then both microphones are simultaneously active. If both microphones are enabled in this way, there is a slight reduction in volume heard by the person you are speaking to, but this is subtle and you have to be critical listener to hear the difference. All and all, well done. Labeling Issues
This product operates as advertise, but there is a confusing aspect to the the unit that I bought. When going to use the unit the label for the mute for each line is backwards. The label says that commute a line the operator is to push in the button. This is incorrect. To operate the line and question, the user must have the corresponding button pushed in. At first I thought my model was defective, but now I understand the labeling was incorrect. I even went so far as to initiate a return, but then I found out the mistake. That is why I rated this at 4 instead of 5 stars.

Does not work.
Plugged in handset and headset. Just tried using headset for the first time today and can’t mute handset. Flip the switches and nothing mutes.

Trainer Must Have
We use this for phone training in the office. Cheap and easy to use. Makes it easy to monitor or listen in to phone calls.

Bought this to use for training in a call center. Works great. Feels kinda cheap but it gets the job done without requiring any adapters.

Perfect for training on Avaya phones
But the first sets and tested it out and it works perfect. Perfect adapter for when you have to train somebody at work. Works perfectly with the Avaya phone system. But in a second set as a back up in case the first one ever goes missing. I highly recommend.

This product worked great with our phone system (Yealink). I wish it had individual volume controls for each headset. I would recommend this product!

It did not work as expected. I initiated a return, which was provided by the seller and dispatched. However, the tracking of the return was problematic, and I am unsure if the seller received the product. As of now, I have not received a refund. Overall, my experience with this product and the return process has been disappointing.

Really big improvement over to old cables we had in out office, yes the mute button can confuse some people, but not me.
