Best Bitcoin hardware wallet for most people!
I've been using the BitBox02 Bitcoin only edition for about 2 years now. The interface is much slicker than the competing ColdCard wallet, and it otherwise has many of the same features. I mention the ColdCard because both of these products use the same secure element, and are open source hardware wallets for Bitcoin. They're the only two products that I can recommend without reservations for securely storing your precious Bitcoin. Why choose BitBox02: * Ease of use (especially for beginners) * Portability * Physical durability * Smartphone integration When to consider ColdCard: * Advanced features (eg. CK Bunker) * Air gap operation Why they're both great: * True secure element * Open source * Developed by long time, well known Bitcoiners * Commitment to security, and innovation in Bitcoin (eg. MultiSig safety and validation)

Bad
It’s just not great. Nothing about it is good. It’s conceptually trashy. The cold card, jade, SafePal, etc are all better values for your money than this device.

Worst capacitive touch I’ve ever used
I really tried to like this but after just finally getting to use this, it failed. Miserably. The touch sensors are all off and it’s impossible to use. Buttons would have been more user friendly.

Pain in the a$$
It was a good wallet until I went to use the key because I wanted to see how it would work I reset the wallet and use the key phrase and it was the worst trying to use that little device I no longer have it or use it

Taxes
This wallet does not work with tax preparation services. This causes tax time to be infinitely more complex than it has to. Wish I never bought this thing. It has been smashed and placed in the garbage.

Worst Wallet I've Ever Used
I've used ledger, keepkey, trezor, lattice. This wallet is complete garbage, there's nothing redeemable about it. Bitcoin support is awful, does not support legacy addresses and pain in the butt to manage multiple addresses. QR code adds extra data making it useless. If you want to use with PC better have the cable ready otherwise you have to acrobatics. Trezor is still the defacto standard, may be bulky and a little dated but it works really well, open source, no backdoors (ledger) and supports all currencies.
