Powerful, Lighter Than Expected, and Reliable
The DEWALT DCN660B 20V MAX 16 gauge angled finish nailer performs very well for trim and finish work. It weighs about 6 pounds bare tool, which is lighter in hand than it looks and balances well even when working overhead. It drives 16 gauge angled finish nails from 1 1/4 inch up to 2 1/2 inch consistently, with depth adjustment that is easy to fine tune. The brushless motor provides strong, repeatable power without the need for a compressor or gas cartridges. Firing is quick with minimal delay, and the tool feels solid without excessive vibration. The no mar tip helps protect trim surfaces, and the tool free jam release is straightforward if needed. Overall it feels like a professional grade cordless nailer that simplifies finish work while maintaining strong driving performance. Pros ~ Lighter feel than expected for a cordless finish nailer ~ Consistent driving power across 1 1/4 inch to 2 1/2 inch nails ~ Brushless motor with no compressor or gas required ~ Easy depth adjustment and jam access ~ Solid balance for trim and overhead work Cons ~ Heavier than pneumatic nailers when fully loaded with battery ~ Tool only version requires separate battery purchase

Good nailer for wood flooring
While it is a bit noisy, the nailer works perfectly on the pine flooring I am installing. I did buy 2 off-brand batteries that work with it fine. Time will tell if the batteries have the stated 8AH, but the batterries are not part of the nailer, they were bought separately. The size is comperable to other nailers. Weight is fine, easy to manage and heavy enough that there is no rebound. It is easy to ensure the nails are going into the correct spot on the wood. A good, solid nailer as I would expect from DeWalt.

Excellent nailer — powerful, comfortable, and battery-efficient
This is truly a great tool. It works reliably and smoothly, feels good in the hand, and isn’t too heavy — around 6 pounds with the battery. The balance and ergonomics are excellent, making it comfortable to use all day. One of the main advantages is battery life. With a 2.0Ah battery it drives up to 800 nails, and with a 5.0Ah — over 2,000. I haven’t counted exactly, but it feels like the charge lasts half a workday without recharging. Very convenient. It has enough power for any trim work — baseboards, casings, door frames, etc. Drives nails accurately, no jams. Switching between single-shot and bump-fire mode is quick and easy. Depth adjustment is also simple — just turn the wheel on top. If you’re looking for a reliable, cordless finish nailer, this DeWalt DCN660 will meet your expectations. Highly recommended!

Nice nailer
I am a weekend warrior DIYer and had baseboard to install in two locations so decided to make the jump from my air-powered system to battery. I have settled on the DeWalt 20V MAX line of equipment and am as pleased with this unit as I am with most of the other 20V MAX equipment I have. Make sure you practice on scrap and adjust before getting to work on your final product. I do feel there could be more magnitude of adjust needed than this provides but it worked on my pine and composite trim just fine.

Good nailer bad depth adjustment
I’ve used the heck out of this nailer. It works and saved me a lot of work. The depth adjustment knob The first couple of times I used it and just froze up and wouldn’t move anymore. I was disappointed in that but when it froze and quit working I was nailing thick wood and was working great but now I can’t use it for softer material because it will go right through it.

Can't compete with dewalts finish nailer
I recently had the opportunity to use the DeWalt 20V Max Finish Nailer Angled 16GA, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. This nailer is a game-changer when it comes to efficiency and convenience. The angled design allows for easy access in tight spaces, making it perfect for trim work and other finish carpentry tasks. One thing that stood out to me was the power and precision of this tool. It consistently drove nails effortlessly and without any jamming issues. The depth adjustment feature was also a great addition, as it allowed me to easily customize the nail depth for different materials. The 20V Max lithium battery provided long-lasting power, allowing me to complete my projects without any interruptions. The build quality of the DeWalt 20V Max Finish Nailer is exceptional. It feels sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence that it will withstand the test of time. The ergonomic design, with a comfortable grip and lightweight body, made it easy to use for extended periods without straining my hand. Overall, I highly recommend the DeWalt 20V Max Finish Nailer Angled 16GA. It is a reliable, powerful, and well-designed tool that will undoubtedly make any finish carpentry project a breeze. very versitil
this nailer will work well for many projects, it shoots different sizes of nails , its conveinent, and easy to use.the angle head makes it easy to get in tight areas. only down sides, depending on how big of a job and size of nails needed , alot more expensive for nails and tool weight for size of battery used, maybe too heavy for all day use with small jobs

Great product. DeWALT tools have never let me down. Best tools for DIY or professionals. Some will argue Milwaukee is better, but I prefer the black and yellow.

Nailer is amazing. Quick, clean and no obnoxious compressor noise. Only issue is finding nails which is not as easy as I expected (online is only place I found). 5 star for nailer but only 4 star due to nail supply.
