Easy to use
The timer was easy to use to use, instructions to set up other time is not clear. Other than that I am happy with the unit

It's good, buy two!
Bought this for my kitchen staff to keep up with deep fried stuff in the fryers, since each item requires a different cook time. Liked it so well, we bought another one for the pizza oven station as well. If you have a commercial kitchen, this is a must. No batteries, no cheap plastic. This is the timer you want.

Impressive for the money!
I’ve bought several of these timers for my restaurants. I took a flyer based upon the price as most commercial restaurant timers are significantly more expensive. They have proven to be extremely dependable and easy to use. They are very loud. Very loud where your cooks will want to turn it off quickly. Perhaps a volume control option would go far, but overall I’ve enjoyed these units.

Great timer
I truly don't understand why in some reviews, people complain about it. Just bought two and happy. It does exactly what it's made for. Instruction a bit complicated but still possible to figure it out fast enough.

Don't rely on "Instruction Manual"
The "instruction manual" that came with the unit is laughably horrible. I think it was translated from Chinese to Portuguese, to Arabic, to Koine Greek then to English. Reading Green Eggs & Ham by Dr Seuss would be more helpful than this manual. However, if you're fairy intelligent, and you have a spare half hour, you can figure it out on your own like I did. The unit works great once programmed. My only other complaint is that I wish there were a way to install it flush to the wall.

Learning curve.
I use this for making my HomeBrew Beer. I used it for for mash times, boil times, hop additions times, whirlpool times, etc. Once I got the hang of it, it worked very well for my usage. The only thing I wish it would do is a count up, but I knew ahead of time it would not do. I would recommend this product.
