I am allergic to many environmental items. I have been on a daily allergy pill for 20+ years. Started having issues with my eyes drying out horribly. I was using this brand and ran out. So, while I was waiting for my order to arrive, I switched to my backup stock which was a different brand and was nettle root, not leaf. Well, my anxiety went through the roof, couldn't sleep, lungs felt heavy and I was tired in the morning and weak during the day. I finally got my Solarray Nettle leaf, and took it last night. This morning, I feel like a million bucks. Slept through the night, lungs are clear, and I have a general sense of well being. I'm back to being me. I think I need to stock up on this stuff. Solaray is my brand!
