Extremely well packaged in a Styrofoam 2 piece block inside a heavy duty cardboard box. Clear instructions, correct connectors. I can't tell these mirrors apart from MOPAR factory tow mirrors they are that good. Plug and play for existing options on my 2018 Ram 1500 Tradesman 5.7L Hemi. Power adjust and mirror heat worked right out of the box. Be aware if you have a 2018 or newer Ram you will need three things to make the turn signal, puddle lights and mirror position sensor work. This is a Ram thing that the mirror manufacturer has no control over. You will need an bi-directional OBD2 scanner or cable, a security bypass module or cable and alfaobd software to turn those features on in your body control module. 2017 and earlier Rams do not need the security bypass. Perfect mirrors, highly recommend.

These seem like very good quality mirrors. After I saw how heavy they were, I purchased the braces for them. Everything fit up great and I am very pleased. The only thing is that the puddle lights and integrated turn signals do not work, which I expected since my truck did not come equipped with them. I do, however, know how to turn them on and will do that whenever I feel the need to do so.

Edit: towed my camper this week ,first trip of the season. Mirrors performed flawlessly. No vibration, extended field of vision down the camper sides and we'll beyond. Small mirrors added excellent view of trailer sides and tires during tight maneuvering at gas stations. I highly recommend these mirrors. Should have bought them years ago. Perfect fit, plug and play on my 2010 Ram 1500. Easiest install ever. Going to tow my camper this week so I will review their performance.

The side mirrors on my 2010 Ram 1500 were fading/separating and causing poor vision. I originally bought just replacement mirrors. But returned them since they seemed to be missing a connector for the heating function. These tow mirror assemblies had good ratings so I went with them. Installation for both sides totaled about an hour. Quicker than I expected and all functions work great. Not sure about the heating function because it is 95F outside today. No issues with the bolt length. The box did include new flange bolts. However, the OEM flange bolts had a wide diameter, so I used them instead. I was very happy the turn signals on the side mirrors worked flawlessly. I wasn't sure if they would on a 15yr old truck. The clarity is amazing and I just have to get used to the blind spot mirrors. The puddle lights aren't very bright, but that is not a problem. It would be better if the puddle lights were at the outer end of the housing. Being next to the door seems to block more of the light. Happy with my purchase. Update: with these being bigger than my OEM side mirrors, the next challenge was going through the car wash. I did pull the mirrors in to ensure no issues. All good. They stayed folded in even through the air dry. Update 2: the heat/defrost works much faster than the OEM!

Just got them today and installed took 30 minutes for both sides only thing is it came clam shellled from the box I how they make it right and send the pure mirros but other then that love how they look u pay what u get for so down expect dealer mirros but for the price let’s do it . And I hop they send a new unit the the clam which is just he mirror part not the unit

Nice mirrors. Put on a base Ram and have to tell computer to activate turn signals and puddle lamps.

These mirrors are amazing! Thought i was buying one and planned yo buy a second if i liked the first, received two. Found online video to explain the install steps. The process was easy but made easier following the video. Took me nearly an hour to methodically replace the first and about 15 minutes for the second once i knew what i was doing. Mirror is identical to my previous, but superior, as it rotates and has better turn signal lighting. Now i wish i’d purchased the chrome version which better simulates my previous, but the black looks great and i often prefer black to chrome. Great value for these quality mirrors. I often assess the cost of my time versus the dealer overpricing when deciding whether to do or pay for repairs. This replacement job was less invasive on my time because by the time i drove to the dealer, explained what i wantwd to the service rep, uber’d home and back, and drove the car home, i could have been done and eating cheetos on my sofa. Great value.

They’re mirrors. That’s about it. If I’d paid more attention to details I would have went with a better product despite the cost because of what I lose with these. Installed easily enough on a 2018 Ram Laramie. I lost the electric folding function. Manual fold only folks. I lost the mirror memory function for different drivers and circumstances. Electrical function to adjust mirrors works but you cannot save or recall. Right large mirror is more distorted than factory but I’m hoping over time I’ll adjust to it. Small outer mirrors are manually adjusted only. UPDATE NOV 30: review goes from 3 to 1 star. Passenger mirror will not hold position and the surface is simply too flat/distorted to be safe. I ended up placing large convex mirrors over it and that eliminated all the blind spots. If I can’t figure out a way to keep that mirror in a set position while traveling I’m going to put my factory mirrors back on. Worst purchase of an expensive item I’ve made on Amazon.
