Works as long as your filter is good
Binds the oils and nasty bits like it says just my filter is useless apprantly and only found out after using the product so looks like I have minced beef floating round my hot tub great day :(

Great product
This product is brilliant makes your water so clear, like the first time you fill it up. Super easy too use. If you have cloudy mucky water use this to fix the problem. Hint: keep bubbles on while the mixture starts to work for about half hour turn off bubbles and leave for about 24 on filter.

Doesn't work as well as I would have liked, it cleans a bit but not enough i expected the water to be clear but it wasn't

It works!
Tried this for the first time yesterday evening. The following morning the water in our hot tub was crystal clear, so it works! It definitely helps if you know the water volume for your hot tub and follow the instructions on the tub - simples! Just make sure to clean your filter after the procedure.

Great product, use the CORRECT measurements and be patient.
Great product if you use it correctly. Make sure you know how much water your hot tub holds, then research online how much clarifier you’ll need. I have a 4 person CleverSpa and used 2 ounces. A lot of people complaining saying it doesn’t work, that’s probably because they just poured loads in thinking that would do the trick. Read the instructions and be patient.
