Beautiful paintjob! Fantastic neck pickup!
I really liked this guitar but I gave it away as a Christmas gift. The color was vibrant and had tiny metallic flakes. The humbucker at the bridge position was fine and serviceable. But the neck pickup was worth the $300 I paid for this guitar. It was clear and hot as hell! Even without any kind of gain, the signal still broke up a little bit. I loved it and will definitely be buying another one for myself. The rest of the guitar was excellent as usual for a Gretsch. I loved the neck and the frets were shiny and without any sharp edges.

Great Value for the money
So I ordered this and the first one I got had some serious lines in the finish on the top. I had to exchange it. The next one I got was much better but still not perfect. Because it is such a budget end guitar I decided it didnt need to be perfect and was good enough. Now, the finish was good enough for me, but maybe others wouldn't think so. I like the guitar. But I will need to do some work with the electronics. Yes it has a P90 single coil in it but there is some serious humming with it. It could be a simple grounding issue. But, clearly one of the way they save manufacturing money is not having someone plug it in to make sure all is well. I can do the pick ups, pots, and switch work myself so it isn't a huge deal, but could be a no go for some. Overall, it is a good guitar for the money.

Love It
Absolutely amazing guitar for the money. The filtertron has a great clarity that's great for playing chords and the P90 provides all the bite you need for a great lead tone. The playability is also top tier for this price range, with the frets being well levelled, with no sharp edges or buzzing. I'd highly recommend it

Crunchy and clean without adding a thing
This guitar plays beautifully. Ran straight through with no added pedals or tone this guitar has such a broad and beautiful spectrum of sound capabilities. Highly recommend. The toggle switch did arrive with some weird sticky dark residue and I did notice two minor scratches. Overall I'm satisfied though!

In love with this guitar
Great guitar. I am coming from playing a Gretsch baritone so the neck is really for but easy to play. I love how it sounds. Also this mint color is kinda muted but it stands out which it really nice.

Chime & Growl
I had reservations about buying a guitar online but I am very pleased. The workmanship is flawless.I may upgrade the tuners & pots. Maybe the P90 too. But I'll consult my tech guy first for his opinion. For 350. this is a bargain. Sounds great.Even has a bound neck. Amazing. It's on the heavy side, a couple of ounces shy of 8 lbs.Neck is 12" radius.Overall I have no regrets, only satisfied feelings.

I love this guitar!
The P90 neck pickup was the reason I wanted this guitar, and now it is my favorite guitar. I have a Strat with Seymour Duncan '50s California pickups, but I still reach for this Gretsch more often than my Strat. The Broad'Tron bridge pickup is sounds good too, but noticeably quieter than the P90. I may upgrade the bridge pickup to a Filter'Tron pickup one day.

Super affordable git that weighs near nothing. Pure class in your hands.
Super grateful for guitar, my first professional one, after my telecaster, this was indeed an upgrade. Sahara Gold gold finish, gold knobs, just pure class against my Twin reverb, couldnt ask for better at its price.Only cons, preset strings were trash, hurt my fingers jus noodling round but once changed, git sounds mean. And may have to pre-tighten pot switches (knobs) , they easily can come undone after consistent tone and volume changes.
