I put it in a shot glass and poured my toner over it. It soaked it up somewhat and I opened the mask up and put it on. It dried out in a minute or two. I put toner on my hands and patted it into the mask to keep it going. I don’t think it’s the brand’s fault I just think I am not into compressed masks.

Although these Muji DIY lotion sheets are more expensive than other brands, I bought them because I generally trust Japanese products. However I was more than disappointed. The sheets are so hard to open and so easy to tear, every time I tried to do it I got massive anxiety. After 7 or 8 sheets I decided it was not worth it, so I threw the rest 30 sheets or so.

I use my own container and presoak a few at a time in facial solution of choice. They are pre-rolled. Take your time opening or unrolling after soaking. So easy to use.

These work great! I usually make my own solution for these sheet masks. Very durable too, they don't fall apart or tear once wet, as long as you're gentle. They do take some time to absorb whatever liquid you're using, so do be patient, and let them soak everything up. Would purchase again!

usual good quality as expected as a Muji product, though the unfolding of the paper mask can be more user friendly.

I love this one. I put my toner (Kiehls) on it and leave it for about 5-10 minutes. It works pretty well. The mask is very thin, which I love it because I don't need to put tons of my toners on it .But if you expect to use the masks more than 15 minutes , I don't recommend this one. It dries quickly.

I always have excess serum in the packet after a face mask, so I keep it in the fridge and a couple of days later use one of these to soak up the serum and have a second go. These are really tiny when folded, like about 1/2 cm diameter. The first time it took me a while to figure out how to unpick and unfold the expanded mask, but now that's easy. It goes on the face like a sheet of damp toilet tissue, and stays in place for about 5 minutes before it is too dry to continue. So i'd say it's helpful to get a second use of face serum, but not as oily or moisturising as the masks that come in a face mask packet.
