I've been suffering with acne since I was a pre-teen and I'm now in my early 30's. I have basically tried EVERYTHING under the sun and in the market (OTC, prescription, department store, luxury brands, Proactiv, etc..you name it, I probably tried it.), and I just wanted to give up. I had a few of those deep stubborn pimples along my jawline and on the side of my face that noticeably flattened. My hyperpigmentation/acne scars also seem to lightened up a bit. I first tried the Body Merry neck cream and loved it, so when I needed an acne product, I decided to try this. Very glad I did. I have suffered from acne since I was a teenager (I'm in my mid-40's) so I've tried a lot of products over the years. I get the very deep, hard bumps that just won't go away. I've changed my makeup to mineral, I don't rest my hands on my face (or I'll break out), I exfoliate daily, and have really limited my dairy intake. I have even gone organic with my skin care. In that vein, I became a loyal user of Zenmed's Derma Cleanse Acne Gel. It's a good product. I've used it faithfully for years. However, the acne just didn't seem to go way. Every month, the same spot, the same blemish. So, I was up for trying something new.I absolutely love this stuff! I had two very hard bumps on my chin. Within a few short days they diminished and soon were gone. New blemishes don't last long, hardly more than a day or two and then BAM! Gone! I don't know what they put in this stuff, but it's great. If you suffer from acne, this is really a great product to try. The price is reasonable, too.

This was the first product from Body Merry that I have tried, and because of the results I will definitely be trying more. I am in my thirties and have suffered from acne my entire adult life. I have tried several different acne products with mixed results. The last product I was using seemed to be doing a decent job, but when the price on Amazon increased I looked for something else. I am glad I did. I apply at night to my entire face after cleansing and toning. I have been using Spot On for almost a month. Not only has it cleared up my acne, but the overall appearance of my skin has improved. I have not needed to use make up or BB cream to conceal imperfections- my face looked better without it! I should also mention that the customer service is great as well. I got an email from the company thanking me for my purchase and informing me of a current promotion to try a serum for 50 cents- which I did!

I have only been using this for a few days.. so I will update my review. I am using it along with Body Merry Toner and Retinol cream. I have been breaking out on my forehead and on the sides of my chin so I bought these. I haven't noticed it dramatically helping yet. When I put it on it does not feel very powerful compared to other spot treatments with salicylic acid, it doesn't burn my angry blemishes. ( I have shaken the bottle) they seem to have gone down a little when I wake up in the morning but so far it hasn't really helped clear me up. Also, my skin is somewhat oily and this is a drying cream but I have put it all over my face and it hasn't dried me out even though I wish it would, but that could be do to the combination of the toner. (I haven't used the retinol cream everyday which is very moisturizing)

I have only been using this product for a few days, but I can already see results. My skin was breaking out worse than ever and was so red. Since I started using this, the redness has decreased and the acne seems to be healing. I am hoping that the results of using this product just keep getting better and better. I was also pleasantly surprised at how good this product smells. When I put it on my face it smells kind of like snickerdoodle cookies.I was also surprised to hear from the seller via email. At first I didn't see any change when I initially began using the product. Then, I told myself to give it time and when I did, I did see improvement to my blemishes. It really helps reduce the redness the next day. Whenever it looks and feels like I'm about to get a pimple/zit, I put the blemish soother on the area and by the next day my face is happier for it. I say give it a few days before you start noticing a difference in the way the zit/ pimple looks after using the cream. The cream does not dry out the area if that's what you are going for. It definitely reduces redness.

Used for 3 weeks at every night. Seems work on acne and comedones and make it drying fast and can be taken out easily. but not sure as I am using Paula's choice all the time. Can have a peeling effect so remember to use moisturizer
