Great board it replaced a brand new gigabyte board I had to send back to Newegg. The board has been great since initial build.

Pcie Slot#1 will not recognize my graphics cards.
Pcie Slot#1 would not recognize any of my graphics cards no matter what Generation I tried from Gen all the way down to Gen 2. But it would recognize cards other than a graphics card. All of my graphics cards worked on Pcie Slot#2 but it is only a x4 Slot that does not connect directly with the CPU but goes through the motherboards chipset.

MSI is the NASCAR of PC Brands.
My old NZXT board randomly shorted on me due to a fan header solder on the back of the PCB. Completely fried the board telling me it was the CPU. I panicked and ordered a new CPU. After several bench tests i couldn't get the old board to post. So, I moped my way to amazon to view the $300+ NZXT boards when this beauty came to my rescue with the same hardware support at a way lower price. I ordered it. It showed up next day. I threw all of hardware from the other board onto this one, plugged it in, hit the button, and.. BOOOM! This board fired up on the original boot drive and automatically transferred hardware ID's.... I'm super impressed and it was worth every cent! Thanks MSI for saving my butt!

For the price you really can't beat this and it's got all the perennials I want
I don't know about this over a year ago thought I'd leave a review still works perfect it won't support Windows 11 but I don't want that no way

USB Issue
For the price, I'll take it. The UEFI/BIOS seems solid and the feature set if fine. Only issue I've noticed is that USB keyboard/mouse intermittently isn't recognized on boot until unplugged and plugged back in. Personally, it's just not enough of an annoyance to warrant disassembling the entire computer to RMA the board. But, definitely enough to drop the review to 4 star.

Nice and New
I received a new board despite the reviews of being sent a used one. I moved from a Intel board to this and so far have no regrets. It works fine under Linux and Windows . I'm using a 5800XT and it runs just as fast if not better than the 10700k I replaced this with. I needed a board with a com port so I chose this over the Intel I was running. It's just what I wanted, didn't have to upgrade the ram. Nice board.

Its a good choice if you have a am4 cpu friendly bios with flash back switch, solid build quality has built-on io and multiple m.2 comes with 2 system fan headers and usb c overall best choice for ryzen 5000
