Want sleep? This works!
This is a great price, better than any I’ve found in big box stores, and if you subscribe to auto delivery it’s even a better price. As for the product, it works. I know, melatonin doesn’t work for me, but this is a blend of other ingredients, and you will be out within 45 minutes.

Do you want to sleep like a cat?
I’ve always envied cats for their ability to sleep profoundly. This wonderful supplement has helped me achieve the ability to sleep deeply just the first night I started using it. I love and appreciate Solgar for their excellent products and this is one product I truly recommend!

Works Well BUT
I like these but they’re too strong in the morning I would feel really groggy. BUT I use my pill cutter and cut them in half and then in half again so I only take a quarter of a pill. And that is perfect for me.

One bottle in and this works well for a Ambien veteran
Have taken Ambien for a long, long time and sleep with CPAP. Wanted to find something easier to get a hold of because my prescription plan is a PITA to get it renewed every 90 days. This product works better than most of the other melatonin only or melatonin blend products I've tried. Taken about 30min or so before bed and I'm yawning like I've been up for 2 days. From my sleep monitor my head hits the pillow and typically I'm out in less than 10 minutes. Often wake during the night to use the restroom and right back to sleep after which never happened on Ambien. It's not perfect but it's pretty close to the results I had on Ambien and in some ways better.

The only melatonin product that has worked for me.
I don't know what it is that makes this product so different than others that are similar, but I've been sleeping better than I have in years. I had asked my doctor to prescribe sleeping pills because I wasn't sleeping at night and I was falling asleep during the day. He suggested that I try this particular product before he'd prescribe anything. I'm glad I did! The first night I fell asleep quickly and slept six hours which was amazing for me. I can't say my results have been great every night, but over the course of six weeks there has been steady improvement most nights and now I sleep 6-8 hours a night almost every night. When I've taken sleeping pills in the past I was always groggy when I woke up and for a few hours afterwards. With Solgar's Sleep, I wake up alert and usually feeling refreshed.

It ok
Worked ok, but it wasn’t the greatest sleep of my life. Like did it get me to sleep, yes. But did it keep me asleep, no.

Terrible
This product is terrible. If you DO NOT WANT to sleep, then this is what you need. Otherwise save your money! Have tried four times, and it keeps me awake!

Works way better than regular extended release melatonin
I have ordered this product the second time and it really works for me. Before i used too take bi-layer melatonin 5 mgx2 but this works way much better with the middle layer added with other ingredients. It' a bit pricy but it's worth to get a better sleep than before. It's a personal choice so just like with any other supplement or medication it works differently for each individual. Keep in mind that that these things are mostly a hit and miss but found my hit finally. UPDATE : 08/10/2022. I have been using this product for more than 6 months and it's working like no other melatonin product i have tried before. I guess the combination of the ingredients agree with me so far. It's definitely worth a try. UPDATE: 06/16/2033. This particular product keeps working for me in the same way. I have been buying it for many years now and proved very effective even if I have to take a nap daytime. Please keep it in stock because it really works for me.
