There's no comparison
I cannot live without rhinase. I have tried multiple other sprays but none come close to the lasting power and effectiveness of rhinase. The gel version is great for winters and dryer climate. I wish it was cheaper though.

Just what the doctor ordered (literally)
My doctor suggested this rinse over others, and I could not find it locally.

It works quite well; a safer alternative to Afrin
This product was an immense surprise. I have tried some of the over-the-counter nasal sprays - offbrands for Afrin - that usually caution against using them for more than a couple of days due to rebound headaches and a possibility of over use. I could see that happening - particularly the headaches. I tried to find an alternative, and many suggested ocean saline nasal spray ( OCEAN Saline Nasal Spray 3.5 oz (Pack of 2) ). I found myself needing to use that so many times an hour that life became inconvenient; it just didn't work. Definitely no rebound headaches, but it did not clear the nostrils. I tried another search and Rhinase came up, and I was skeptical, but it works so well. During particularly bad bouts of congestion, I couple it with a humidifier for a good night's sleep. It is a product that is safe for kids, and it works so well for little ones - one squirt in each nostril and the stuff works its magic. I highly recommend this product.
