Love it.
Very solid construction. Everything feels quality and has a luxury look that wouldn't be out of place in a high-end boutique. Programming is fairly easy, I would probably buy one that uses an app if I could do over though. This is well thought out design that’s capable of using practically every drop in the reservoir. If you have it on a shelf or tabletop you will get some drops under the feed tube when you change out scents, if it isn’t totally empty anyway, but it hasn’t harmed anything and wipes away easy. Raw wood like some mantels may absorb the drops of oil though leaving an oily spot but I don’t think it’d ever be noticeable. It comes with an adapter to hook up to the hvac which was my plan but it’s necessary to have it connected professionally if you want it to only come on when the air is circulating to keep if from concentrating in the ducts. I’m not sure that would really only be a problem except that you would get a blast of fragrance when the fan came on. Having it set in the back of a 2,000 sq ft home allows me to smell scent when I step in the front door and well into The bedrooms. It’s stronger near the unit of course but that’s fine since that’s where I spend most of my waking hours at home. I’m having fun trying new scents but have been disappointed in some of the choices especially with wide variations for the same scent from different manufacturers. I have purchased many that I just can’t use and I’m not really that picky.FYI-the pics are just with it on the floor, not installed. I placed mine out of sight next to a sofa and a wall with the internal fan turned on and it works very well. I may decide to not bother mounting on a wall and probably won’t have it installed in the HVAC. I can quickly add or swap out scents where it is now.

It’s great, but the timer interface is clunky.
Diffuser is of good quality, decent metal, and came with almost everything you’d need for install. I added a grommet into the hole into the HVAC duct for a better seal and so the hose wouldn’t tear or snag on the way in.Install is simple so long as you aren’t intimidated by drilling into a metal duct. The only negative I can say about it is that the timer interface is not exactly intuitive and the instructions aren’t clearly written. Once you figure out the right sequence of buttons, it’s perfectly functional.

does not work
This product does not cover the square feet it states. I have it in a small area, less than 1000 sq ft and can't barely smell the scents. I have it running much longer than recommendations with much shorter pauses and it still does not cover the house. Running it through our HVAC system. If you have more than a one bedroom space I would not recommend this product.

setup is like an old vcr, you tell it how long to turn on and how long to stay off
i've had this for a few days now and am still fine tuning it, but so far it works great. the settings are relatively easy. i haven't tried the app and don't need to considering where it's set up.as far as the oils go you can order online or just buy them from walmart (120ml for $5ish), they work just as well and you can smell them before you buy. i bought several online just to pour them out.

Wasn’t expecting a used unit.
The unit they sent me was previously used and packaged in a Bath & Bodywork’s box. The unit is dinted but works great now that I’ve gotten the previous fragrance out of it.I would have bought a used one elsewhere for $30 cheaper if I knew it was goin to be a used unit.No instructions but was able to figure out how to set the timer and use the unit.

Can’t smell it
Hooked it to hvac and have it on max (300) setting running for multiple hours and no scent is detected. Hvac feeds approximately 4000 sq ft. Disappointing. My only choice is to disconnect it and use it locally.

Produces strong scent! Quality build!
The media could not be loaded. See video for help removing the stock topper to install the HVAC connection tube. This scent machine works well and will produce a strong enough scent to cover 2,000sf or more. I am in the process of hooking it up to our HVAC, but as a stand alone unit it fills a few rooms around 2,000sf with scent. The noise level is louder than I prefer, but since it will be hooked to an HVAC system in our basement, the noise level really will not matter. You can use essential oils or fragrance oils, just be sure that you read instructions from the oil manufacturer. At first I could not figure out how to remove the top part where the “smoke” comes out. It is tighter than hand-tight and I didn’t want to take a chance on breaking it. But, with a pair of pliers it will easily turn loose and then you can install the HVAC head.I would like to have better controls on the unit via an app, but so far it’s simple to control. Be prepared to make adjustments to make the scent or weaker. We are attempting to cover 5,000+ square feet in total so I’ll have to see how it goes!

This is it!
This is the machine you want. Stop searching! I’ve spent too much money on different scent machines. This is the real deal. When I hooked it up on my kitchen counter when I first opened it, the smell of my oil filled my 3500 sq ft home within a few minutes. From upstairs to downstairs the scent filled the house. I realized quickly I’d have to set it to as low as I could. The instructions were simple and easy to read. I’m so upset to say I had to return it, as my daughter was diagnosed with a serious lung disease a few days before it arrived and it was advised for us not to have any scents, even essential oils. The return was so easy, no hassle, and the seller even wished my daughter well in the email back to me. We had planned to hook it up to our hvac, but that wouldn’t have been necessary. I believe I could have found a non conspicuous place to put it and it would have filled the house with my scent.
