If i want a us large - what size must i order from here?

I realize it doesnt say country on the size select. It appears like it uses UK size which is 1 size larger than US, I have a US large that fits and ordered the XL (uk size)

I am 5'7" tall 140lbs. thin. What size would you recommend?
