Shotgun Original Seat and Handlebars

This thing is so much fun, we have a blast out on the trail.

Perfect upgrade from the ibert Kazam seat ! My kid was using a balance bike and riding with me on mine in a kazam and he caught right onto this setup! He loves it! The handle bar attachment may need some shims if you are using bmx handlebars like mine, I put the ones included and it’s still a little loose but that is an easy fix depending on your bars.

Works great with my 5 year old, feels safe, secure, solidly build. Getting pricey but still the best option.

This seat is so fun for our 3 year old! My husband and I love taking out son for rides on this. We currently have it in my bike and take turns. I really want to get the pro o version so we can easily switch between bikes as it’s not very comfortable for my husband but I am too short for it to be on his bike. It definitely takes time to switch it out. I love that I can talk with him while we are biking. I can’t really hear him when he’s in the pull behind trailer. We are also starting to get into some trail riding. We will eventually get another when our infant is big enough. This seat is great and lets our kids be apart of our hobbies which is worth the money for us.

I was conflicted with this bike seat. There were cheaper alternatives available (most likely, they were copycats of the Shotgun), but I wanted to give the benefit of a doubt of this seat anyway. PROS - Excellent build quality - Pleasant, thoughtful packaging - Mounted on my Metakoo Cybertrack 100 electric bike perfectly with its wider top tube - Carried my 5.5 year old, 42 lb son well and securely - Foot rest and seat angle can be adjusted to accommodate both horizontal and down tubed bikes - Top portion can have its width adjusted to fit larger-diameter bike frames - Rubber everywhere to protect this Shotgun from scratching the bike frame - Clear instruction manual - Fun stickers to put onto the bike - "Quick release" feature to more "quickly" remove the product from the bike frame - Seat is not too wide, making it still easy for the adult to pedal - Handlebar interferes with the host bike's handlebar accessories -- Had to mount my bike light upside down, although with added padding, I could mount it to the smaller-diameter kid handlebar too -- Had to move my electric bike control panel lower so the kid handlebar is cleared enough for the child to hold on to -- Can be remediated by adding third party handle bar extenders onto which to mount the Shotgun one to - All tools were included CONS - Very pricey compared to cheaper alternatives that look and work nearly the same - "Quick release" feature is not really a fast way to remove the product from the bike frame -- You still have to remove the foot rests before you can fully take the whole thing off, but at least this can be done without any tools. -- Makes it easier for thieves to steal this Shotgun - Kid handlebar is low and in a sudden stop, the child may fly over the bar NOTE Installation manual says to be sure to remove the kid's seat when transporting outside of the car as the air turbulence could loosen up bolts and screws and make the seat dangerous to sit on Overall, this is a really good, well-built, thought out product. It commands a high price premium and is my only complaint of it.

Easy to install and my kids LOVE it. As I ride in the street, people can’t help but smile seeing my daughter upfront on the bike.

I find this to be the most ergonomic and sturdy bicycle seat. And honestly, the customer service is absolutely amazing. The handles We're not included my mistake.And I was so happy that they are shipping it to me with no cost to me. The packaging was pretty impressive. I know he enjoys writing with me.But I probably enjoy riding with him even more lol

Excellent. Cannot wait for my grandson to experience his first mountain bike ride. The bought another for my other grandson and he had a blast. Go Again! Go Again! Was his words! Dad had to work for that smile!

Facilissimo da montare e smontare. Mio figlio di tre anni lo adora. È molto comodo sia per il bimbo che per l’adulto, in più avete sempre sotto controllo quello che fa il bimbo e ci potete anche interagire. Fantastico!!

Mein Sohn liebt das, er kann beim fahren super alles sehen und bei meinem Triumpf E-Bike passt es super. Material macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck, Montage war relativ leicht. Nur der Preis, finde ich, ist sehr hoch. Zu hoch.

Jättenöjd över sitsen, min 4,5 åring sitter perfekt på den. Passar min el MTB bra, är på gränsen till för smal för att spänna över ramen.

Had some troubles with installation: the seat kept slipping back whenever my kid was on it for more than a few minutes. But once I worked out how to get around that, it has been great. Everything about it screams high-quality. It's really well-designed: able to grip tightly onto the frame without damaging it. Was a nice touch to have all the necessary tools included.
