This massager gives you a deep massage and the heat is so relaxing. If you are in alot of pain it can the massager can hurt as it gives you a deep massage. The same as you get with a oestopath. I love it. I dont have to go for a sports massage now so its saving me money too.

I used this for my upper back and shoulders, I wash dishes all day so bent over a sink. Aftya day of that my back really aches, but this really hits the spot and I am really pleased with it. I do find it a bit difficult to get into my shoulders properly, but I am so pleased with it.

heat and massage functions work wellmassage is TOUGH so don’t lean on it hard to start off with as you WILL end up with bruisesa little uncomfortable to start but good once it heats updifficult to find a place i can use it on my neck without lying down

In some places it's nice but me personally think it's to ruff for my body. I used it last night and I've woke up with my entire back hurting and my kneck. The heat can get intense after a while but use the pad and it should be fine. It's an okay product I wouldn't buy again because it's quite ruff for me.

Has done our bad backs a world of good after a long day. It has a timer setting so you don’t over use it, which one day I ignored, but don’t you’ll wake up with a bruised back 😂But it’s a great little thing.

The size its amazing. Very handy for home and car. Its so relaxing and works perfectly. I got it as a gift but I think I will get one for myself as well haha. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Gefällt!Ein Kompacktes Gerät hat schon etwas Gewicht man braucht schon zwei Hände um es zu halten /fixieren, wir benutzen es im Liegen für das Genick. (In Rückenlage. Jeder, aus der Familie fand es richtig toll, es läuft mit 3 verschiedenen Drehbewegungen die sich abwechseln . Durch drücken auf den Einschalt-Button kann ich selbst die Richtung in der sich beide „Massageköpfe“drehen ändern und die Wärme zu oder abschalten. Es hat keinen Akku und deshalb muss eine Steckdose nahe sein.Bisschen unpraktisch finde ich! Auch die Befestigungsmöglichkeit ist schwierig-Es gibt eine „Klappe/Lasche“ die mit Klettband versehen ist und oben und unten befestigt werden kann-aber der Abstand um es dann irgendwo, dort wo man auch sitzen kann zu befestigen ist zu gering. Es gibt noch rechts und links je ein befestigtes dünneres Band welches sich mittig mit Klett verschließen lässt, aber auch da hat man wenig „Raum“ um es beispielsweise um ein Couchpolster zu wickeln. Es ist wohl hauptsächlich zum benutzen im Auto auf Genik-höhe gemacht/gedacht. Aber so viel/lange sitze ich nicht im Wagen, dass sich das anbringen bzw. der Aufwand lohnt! Und dann soll man ja auch konzentriert Auto fahren… Für mich macht das jetzt erst mal keinen Sinn… Über Schmerzlinderung kann ich nichts berichten, dazu gibt es noch keine Erfahungswerte! Es tut gut und kann sicherlich Entspannung und Wohlbefinden herbeiführen..

This does help with pain relief in my upper back. I bought it because I have genetic scoliosis since I was a child, and it resulted in 5 curvatures (like a corkscrew). And after some people attempted to cut me off on an thickly iced off-ramp with their truck and slammed into my car, years of physical therapy later, I still get bad knots that last for weeks and months. This helped tremendously on my back, but I feel I need more heat for my neck. However, for what this did for my back it is my money’s worth! It took the knots out of my back. The worse knot hurt while the thing kneaded it out, and then suddenly, the knot and the pain vanished. It didn’t help my neck because the balls do not rotate close enough inward. I will try again today with a different position of the massager. It actually seemed to make my neck more sore. Also, I am not sure about the durability, because with a small amount of pressure, you can hear the motor start to strain after 10 minutes, and this was my first time using it straight out of the box. The balls were also positioned so that I couldn’t really get on the side of my sacrum joint at the tailbone. I might actually need to find a small device for my neck and tailbone.Update: giving it 5 stars. The noise isn’t any different than bigger things from PT office. This helped my neck when I focused on it for the whole 15 minutes, moving the thing around slightly. Amazing product for the price.

Produkt ist angenehm und für die entspannung super. Wärmefunktion dauern na klar ein wenig aber funktioniert auch sehr gut

The massager is good. You can feel it working. The heat part isn't as hot as I was expecting. It is warm, but not hot.
