High quality ingredients. Easy to take pills. Definitely work for lactose intolerance and lack of stomach enzymes.

I am positive that they are working, because my digestion has improved so far! Additionally they don’t include some nasty additives like magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, rice flour, maltodextrin, etc. I am always checking the labels and I am purchasing clean supplements.

I get a lot of bloating, lethargy and body aches after eating lots of things, especially gluten and dairy. I'm only 3 days in but these seem to be making a huge difference so far! My other half suffers with GERD and I had him try them last night and he got a good night's sleep for the first time in weeks. They will be part of both of our daily routine from now on

Thank you so much to the manufacturers of this product which contains digestive enzymes for everything to which my body is intolerant. Only people who know the misery of gluten, lactose and casein intolerances will know how restricted one's diet is and how dearly one pays for indulging oneself. Thanks to these capsules, which I ordered on 2 October 2024 I can have toasted cheese for breakfast, and cheesey snacks and Ice Cream and apple tart with custard or ice cream, and that's just the few things I've had with no bad effects!.... brilliant, wonderful amazing product.

A superb supplement company, who ensure no nasty additives or fillers go into their products. These enzymes have been a crucial part of my digestive health, as I deal with an ongoing situation which appears to be pancreatic in nature (by all accounts very hard to diagnose). The reason I know these are so helpful, is that when I stopped taking them for blood tests, I suffered a real setback with digestion (upset tummy etc). As a aside, I now purchase them direct from Time's own website, as superb service, free delivery over a certain amount and 10% off orders over £20.00 and as I use several of their products it is worthwhile for me. This is now one of four different products I purchase from Time, as I change all my supplements over to their products.

I thought I'd give these a try as my usual digestive enzymes were out of stock on Amazon. They sounded good as they're broad spectrum and gluten and dairy free, as well as no additives. I've been taking them for the past couple of days- I'm gluten intolerant- and I'm pretty sure it contains trace gluten; I've been feeling a little tired and my joints have been aching (which is what happens when I eat gluten, but a stronger reaction than this). So somewhere along the way, the claim of not coming in contact to gluten it isn't being strictly adhered to. Rather annoying, as I've only slipped up once by accidentally consuming gluten in the past 7 and a half years and that's including managing to avoid it whilst on holiday abroad. I only hope it hasn't done too much damage to all the work I've done to heal my body. I've now ordered my regular digestive enzymes- stupidly realised that I hadn't tried buying off another site, they were only out of stock on Amazon! Note to self for future supplement buying. Really poor experience all round: -False Advertising- nowhere near the high quality advertised and pure luck it didn't make me severely ill. -Expensive- incredibly expensive compared to other digestive enzymes, that's £26 down the drain. -Unable to complain/ Claim a refund- there is no way to contact them on Amazon. The only way is through their own website but that's in relation to an order you've bought from there. NO email/phone number etc. I'd highly suggest looking elsewhere, out of all the supplements I've bought (a lot), these are the worst.
