Very beautiful jar! Looks amazing on my counter.

I have bought this dispenser for hand soap and it looks more beautiful in person than the picture. The quality of the glass is strong and sturdy feeling. The only compliant I would have would be the dispenser itself. While the glass is sturdy, the dispenser feels like a cheap plastic part.

I had originally purchased a plastic pump that quickly broke a few days later. I ordered this on a whim because it was stylish, seemed sturdy, and wasn’t too expensive. I’m more than happy with the product! It looks great it in my bathroom and I’ve received many compliments.

Don’t get me wrong— the cut glass portion is beautiful. The problem is that the plastic dispenser on top is both cheap looking, and horribly designed. Every time you press the pump to dispense soap, a large amount of soap residue seeps through the bottom and cakes up on the pump. Every two or three days you have to wash all of the dried, excess soap residue off the bottom of the pump. I would have posted a photo, but I just finished the daily rinsing/cleaning of the hand soap dispenser about an hour ago.If I could go back, I would have heeded the warnings about this that I saw in other folks’ reviews and purchased something else. Since I cannot return it, I was hoping to find another pump to replace this one, but it doesn’t seem that it accepts a standard-sized screw-on pump.By the way— the pump is plastic with a plasticky gold coating. Not metal. Once you have it in your hands you realize that it’s probably not going to last very long.Do better, Amazon seller.

This bottle is large - I use up and up brand 'smells like a meadow's and I poured 2.5 bottles of soap into this container.The bottom portion is made of sturdy glass, somewhat heavy, I wouldn't worry about it being delicate, but it does appear refined.The pump is light plastic, the mechanism is smooth and easy to use and works well, however it obvious that it is delicate and will eventually succumb to frequent use, probably by snapping.Edit: it is holding up nicely, and I'm adding pictures as it is now. The product pic is very accurate but thought I'd add some 'real life' references.I've decided I want more of these in my house.

I wanted to fancy up my soap dispenser situation in the bathroom and this one was perfect. The container is made of transparent green-tinted glass as advertised. The gold-painted pump looks lovely with the green container but I'm not sure how long it will last until chipping occurs. I with the pump was made of metal rather than plastic. Overall, no complaints for the price.

A nice olive green colour (more a black green) and it is very pretty. It holds quite a lot of soap so there is no constant refilling like some others. Good value for money.
