El producto es excelente y todo en buen funcionamiento. Pienso que deberia traer un cover protector en la patineta para que no se raye lo metalico de color de dicha patineta.

Love everything about it except doesn't keep a good charge.

I bought this for my Step Daughter for Christmas. When both of our Daughters opened their hoverboards, they were genuinely Surprised and Excited to open them and try them out. I haven't felt so satisfied with a reaction in a very long time. The colors are so cool and much nicer than others I've seen in person. The battery life is impressive. The Bluetooth sound is Great! The girls are enjoying them. They don't take too long to charge and the carrying case is nice because these bad boys are kinda heavy for a tween to lug around. But, they're mostly riding ON them, so, not much carrying. I was also suprised at how easily they learned to ride them and not fall. I'm very happy with my purchase of 2 of them. And I'll cherish the memory of their reactions for years to come.

The wrap on this hoverboard was amazing and cool, but we were disappointed that the hoverboard we got was defective, the battery or charger was broken. The hoverboard wouldn't charge. my kid was so disappointed she got it for Christmas only got to use it for 20mins. I requested the return it took a couple days for a reply due to the holidays but the seller/company was pleasant to work with Sent me a label to return it. The seller stayed in contact with me, and always answered my questions.

My son has been playing with this constantly since Christmas morning. It's sturdy, holds a charge well and he absolutely loves it. The only thing I wish was different is it doesn't have Bluetooth. Over all a fabulous product

DO NOT BUY. The hoverboard has stopped taking a charge after 3.5 months. It will not turn on and the seller will not honor replacement only being out of 3 month window by 2 weeks. Any good customer service company that cares would honor warranty that close after. It will cost them more money for poor reviews and lost sales than it would cost to replace and have a positive review for good customer service from a faulty product. DO NOT BUY. There’s a reason 3 months is what they offer for warranty, they know it won’t last. And they will do nothing about it to replace.

This has a short charge time and a long run time.
