Goose fat is the best to use when roasting potatoes. It gives a lovely flavour and makes them extra crispy, I used it for Thanksgiving and wish I had more to use.

A lucky, rare find, delicious goose fat
A good quality product. Works deliciously with eggs, roasted potatoes and lots more. It arrived in a timely manner and very safely packaged.

Lid popped
I bought one jar and the lid had ‘popped’ and some fat had leaked out so I knew I could not trust it to be safe to use so I had it refunded. I immediately bought a second jar and had the exact same scenario. By now It was Christmas Eve so I thought I’d take the chance of using it, but upon opening the fat smelled absolutely rancid; it was clearly ‘off’ and unfit for consumption.

Good stuff....
Good stuff inside & out! I like cooking with goose fat, taking a spoonful (good fat) & it absolutely helps with healing muscles, dry skin, & hair!!! This stuff has as many uses as duct tape and good for you. So good, I'm surprised The Fraud-Che at C. D.C. hasn't banned this little miracle yet. Like everything else that is good for or, helps peeps. We can't have that anymore in a Green World!

Goose fat in recipes
I used this fat and roasted potatoes in the oven for Christmas dinner. It was a big hit

Great Goose fat, if a little thin...
We needed Goose fat for a recipe, and it is incredibly hard to find locally. Fortunately, Amazon comes through again! High quality goose fat, good color and quality. My only issue is it's a little thin at room temperature, almost a liquid, which seemed odd for cooking fat which is usually thicker or more grease-like. Still, not really an issue, it still worked great!

A Great Source of Flavor
Goose fat is wonderful for frying potatoes, chicken and other fried foods! Flavorful and a healthier fat. Nothing as good! The company did a great job shipping and delivering on time!
