Q: How can this be organic if it's from the sea?

Organic typically means that the product conforms to certain standards that are set by USDA whether or not it has been certified. It is not genetically modified, no artificial colors, preservatives, flavors and low use of pesticides. This would be the same for land or sea. Sea Moss, for example grows naturally on rocks in running water. That would be organic. It is also grown in large bins with salt and running water in a factory. That would not be organic.

Q: My package had no safety seal.... how do I know it’s the real product? Do all the bags come in like a ziplock type?

Mine came in a zip lock bag. I thought nothing of it. The product is good. It's Dulse with a fishy seaweedy taste & smell. Just enjoy.

Q: Does this contain B6?

B-6 not listed on the label. An aside, I LOVE this product. Huge amount for a great price!!

Q: Why is there black sharpee marked on anything that says organic on the package?? Super sus

We were in between certifiers and we had to legally do this to our packaging temporarily.
