HIwatch Watch Case Back Opener Closer Remover Repair Spanner Adjustable Tool

The product I received is definitely without a doubt a different product than the item pictured, see my photos. The quality of the finish is second hand, paint clear coat is all but removed/rubbed off as if this has been used! The item I received is no different than the one I purchased from my local Harbor Freight store, which lasted a few years of good use; when it expired the device snapped into several pieces while I was using it. So the rating of three stars is justice it is an average device. I was looking forward to the item pictured for it's unique pins. However, I am keeping the one I received; I have several watches that need their batteries changed. If it doesn't work or breaks I am sending it back! So buyer beware you may not receive the product pictured. Lastly, as I was reviewing my pictures prior to posting I notice there is rust building on the pins, confirmed upon closer inspection!

This works better than I expected it would. I used it on three different models of watches and it worked easily on all three. My only complaint is that I did not get this sooner.

Sent mine back, if it had changeable tips, or notchs on tips so that when you are turning you could also be pulling it might have worked on my watch.pressed fit. Thanks Chris

I have Victorinoxs, Luminoxs and one Bulova watches and I needed to replace the battery in a couple of them. I got tired of paying. The replacement battery I was getting; it wasn't lasting too long. I first order the three tip or prones tool. I sent it back, one of the tips kept falling out. It was very hard to adjust the three tips, specially under the bracelet. I was able to take the cover off on one of them, after a couple of scratches. The tool is too big you can't see the cover, not to say the little holes or indentations where you need to place the tips, but I got this and It works great. I got what you see in the picture. It's very nice and solid. The tips are very strong and good quality. It's a lot easier to use than the three tips one. You can see the little indentations on the watch cover. If you want to do the battery or gasket replacement yourself, get this one. I am just trying to save you the trouble I went through. Once you get the two tips in the cover holes, try to adjust it a little tighter, press down to avoid scratches and lefty lucy!...(Get the Renata batteries, Swiss made and they have an expiration date).....

Works great. My other opener wouldn't spread wide enough for my large watches. This one does even the largest in my collection.

Waste of money. Doesn't work at all. Slips and doesn't hold in grooves and can't tighten tight enough

It fits my big faced watches! I bought a back opener before and it didn't open wide enough to grab both ends of my watch. So I bought this one and it opens wide enough :) shipping was fast and the product arrived in excellent condition

Very adjustable, solid build. Does the job! Once I received this I replaced the batteries in four different watches with no issues to speak of.
