Tamiya Models 10HP British Light Utility Car (1/48 Scale)

Easy to assemble. A good weekend project that looks good when finished.

Was part of a diorama I was making. Went together easily and when painted very convincing. My first Tamiya kit. I will be buying more as the need arises.

Nice model, easy to assemble (I'll admit I skipped the gearshift). I use it for Bolt Action/Konflikt '47, and if the scale is a bit off, you wouldn't notice by comparison with infantry figures.

Although it's nicely detailed and a good model for the price. Put it next to 1/48 figures and it looks terrible. There's no way this is 1/48. It's more like 1/72 scale. I have figures that are 1/72 and they are a perfect fit. I can't use my WWII African campaign soldiers with this kit.

Tamiya continues to fill gaps in 1/48 scale vehicles that have either never been available or have been out of production for years (Bandai). This is typical Tamiya high quality and a neat addition to any airfield diorama.

A lot of modeling fun in a small package. It's hard to believe the Brits used this 10 hp truck for so long and so many were made. My curiosity had me do some research and this car served in many capacities during the war. I have a riding mower with nearly 3 times the hp and could use a few more horses when up inclines. The kit is a one evening project or longer if you get fancy with the paint work. A nice addition to my collection.

Good Tamiya quality. Four decal options, including one for RAF. Don’t forget a medium blue paint like XF-18 if you go with RAF.

Lo catalogo tan bajo porque falta una pieza A11 faro bocina que es fundamental para acabar el montaje. Es la primera vez que me pasa esto en una maqueta. Inaceptable siempre quedara incompleta

I really enjoyed making this little kit. It went together quickly and easily. It will add a nice detail to a diorama.
