Ease of use as well as great results
This is a great product to help me gain strength back in my thumb joint after surgery. The different firmness of the putty helps to work in levels of less to more resistance in order to gain the best mobility and strength in muscles.

There will be the right amount of resistance needed in one of the tubes
The different levels of resistance are ideal. You can begin with the mild and progress through each level. Currently, I need to do physical therapy, and these tools help me keep my arm loose when I can't go to therapy. They are definitely worth purchasing.

perfect - wonderful to have an entire set at such a fair price!
When my physical therapist had me use this to strengthen a sprained tendon I had it seemed like a miracle. I was thrilled to be able to find an entire set for home use! The color I used in PT seems a tad weaker then what this set has, but it probably has weakened over time and it is a non-issue because I have en entire set to grow with has my finger heals. I was a bit concerned that the tubs do not have an airtight seal, but then I found out that physical therapy putty does not dry out, so that is a non-issue. I love that all the colors store together in one container as well. Don't hesitate to get this!

Very helpful and therapeutic
It has been very helpful for me to regain my hand strength. I love the different strength options depending how weak or how strong you are feeling. My daughter uses it to ease her anxiety and improve her handwriting.

Pleasantly surprised. The softer ones are a little sticky but don't leave your hands sticky at all and the firmer ones really feel great
