Warm, Earthy, and a Joy to Use
I’ve really been enjoying this mug! The wooden handle gives it a warm, earthy charm and feels wonderfully comfortable to hold. The handle is a bit on the short side—my small hand wraps around it completely—but it still feels sturdy and pleasant (longer handle, hint hint). The mug doesn’t retain heat quite as well as a traditional ceramic mug because the walls are thinner, but using the included lid definitely helps keep the tea warmer for longer. Overall, it’s a an attractive delightful piece that makes tea time feel a little more special.

Update review;Many years later updating this to 5 star, this is my favorite mug for tea and I use it daily, it's still going strong, the crack in the handle hasn't progressed it's still all together definitely a good buy ____________________________________ Original review All cracking/breaking reviews are user error. These are not ment to be microwaved, you should not over heat your water. Tea has a specific steeping temperature and the boiled water should be given a moment to cool Abit after boil. Easy fix, get a electric kettle. Other than the crack in the wood handle this cup is great. It arrived with a crack in the wood handle. I still plan to use and review the proper use of this style of tea cup but hope we can replace my order with one that the Handel is still sealed. Looks like a 10/10 rating but we'll see if all these negative reviews are just user error.

Good cup, but only holds 12oz; and not 13.5ozs as described.
Nice cup with infuser and lid. I use it 3x dailyIt’s not insulated, so beverage may go colder faster. Sturdy handle, but IT ONLY HOLDS 12ozs at the rim, only 10 ozs with infuser. (minus 1 star). I hand wash only, Do not Microwave. Light weight ceramic, easy to clean, great for a coffee or tea. Infuser works well. Durable as far as klutzy me goes.

Lid replacement
Any chance there’s a way to get a replacement lid? This mug is my fav, but sadly the lid broke.

Bad packing broken but good product
I bought a cup for myself a few years back that I still use today. I bought one for my husband but it arrived broken. I still recommend this product but they're packing needs some serious work.

São perfeitas para infusões. O filtro em inox separa bem as ervas mais miúdas. A asa em madeira dá firmeza na pega, em especial para bebidas quentes. Aprovadíssima!!!

Optisch sehr hübsch. Sehr praktisch durch das Sieb. Lässt sich auch gut halten. Durch die helle Keramik innen kommt der Tee gut zur Geltung.
